My mattress delivery through Coleman was easy to schedule and on time. Richard and Nelson were great. Removal of my old mattress and delivery of the new one was fast and all packaging was removed which I appreciated. Great service!

I can't say enough good things about this company and I especially can't say enough good things about Mr.Ron Vallar.
Ron is exceptional in every aspect. Very professional, kind,Intelligent, and knowledgeable. It's very obvious to me why this company is top notch! With people like Ron who go above and beyond and are helpful and get the job's done makes me very happy. I will definitely be recommending Ron to everyone I know!

Save your money and don't hire them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s delivery service. The planning and communication were extremely poor.
I paid an additional $250 specifically for the white glove service to deliver my Osaki massage chair, expecting a professional experience that matches the reputation and scale of Osaki brand.
I was initially told the delivery would arrive between 4–5 PM, but later received a call saying it would be between 1–3 PM. I rearranged my schedule and took four hours off work to accommodate this change.

Unfortunately, the driver repeatedly delayed the delivery, calling each time to push the time further. Eventually, I was told the delivery would not happen at all that day and would instead be rescheduled for the following day. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable, especially when it causes such a disruption to a customer’s time and commitments.

The next day, the individuals who arrived to complete the setup were completely unqualified. One of them appeared to be around 23 years old and had no knowledge whatsoever about installing a massage chair. The other, approximately 70 years old, was acting in a concerningly erratic manner, almost as if he was under the influence of something. Quite frankly, it felt like these individuals were randomly picked up from outside a home improvement store, not trained professionals representing a leading company like Osaki.

I've used Coleman twice now. First was a local move and this last time was across country. I had no idea the 'science' behind a cross country move. The driver has to be operating on all cylinders perse, coordinating the staging, hiring the right team to load the trucks, how to load the trucks, keeping your items separate from others on the truck. Then there is the unloading. It is a tedious process and the driver, Aaron Dietz, was amazing. He was organized, professional, never lost his cool and made the experience very pleasant. It is quite stressful, hoping everything arrives safely and I was not disappointed. If your items are valuable and important to you, go with Coleman. I'm not sure about all their drivers, but I lucked out. Thank you Coleman and Aaron.

Asim and his crew were great. They took extra care to not damage walls, floors, and all our furniture. He was very communicative throughout the process and got the truck loaded up quickly and efficiently.
