The company CODISE-IT is our dependable service provider for our needs in technical support as well as cybersecurity and network management. The team from CODISE-IT demonstrates professionalism and expertise while ensuring rapid responses to any arising issues. Our system performance and security have improved significantly since we started working with them. Our general experience was positive but we encountered some small delays during the initial setup period. Their ongoing commitment and hard work fully compensated for the initial setup delays. We moved into a new office and needed a full network setup. CODISE-IT handled everything from planning to guiding us through the setup, and overall they did a great job. The network has been stable since then. The only small issue was that we had to follow up a couple of times to get some configuration details but they were helpful once we got in touch. Solid service — would recommend them.

Honestly, I didn’t even realize how important patch management was until we started facing small glitches and weird errors popping up on different systems. We reached out to CODISE-IT and they explained everything really clearly. They handled all the updates across our devices without interrupting our work, and since then things have been way more stable. No more random crashes or worrying about security holes. It’s one of those things you don’t think about until it’s done right — and they definitely did it right.

Honestly, we had no clue where to start with our IT setup — things were all over the place. CODISE-IT stepped in and made the whole process way easier than we expected. Felt more like working with a helpful friend than a service company. Would totally go back to them if we need help again.
