I recently had the pleasure of working with Clutter. From start to finish, the company made my move basically seamless. There was a minor hiccup with the software and my pickup window was rescheduled unexpectedly, but aside from those two instances Clutter exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and care, making my move stress-free.

The booking process was straightforward, with clear communication and prompt responses to my inquiries. On moving day, the crew, Dion and Andrew, arrived with 30 minutes of my (re)scheduled time and immediately set to work. All furniture that was not packaged was handled with exceptional care, wrapping fragile items securely and ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move. They were also very diligent to not bump or mark up the walls.

What impressed me most was their organization and speed, you never can trust when you’re being charged by the hour.

Overall, Clutter, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need oof reliable, top-notch movers.

Had to file a claim for them to deny every item and not deem it as a total loss, I had items damaged, dirtied, broken, boxes not wrapped properly and they denied everything and left me with nothing after the claim. I will be removing the remaining items and no paying clutter the remaining balance for ruining hundreds of dollars worth of items. Will also be going to small claims. I was actually injured from glass braking and cutting me when I opened a box due to poor handling. Sad honestly. Don’t use clutter
