I received flowers today from my sweet cowboy. At first glance beautiful. On closer inspection I found browning roses , mind you this @ $100.00 flora arrangement! I call the florist to let them know took pictures right than . So couldn’t say I did something to them after delivery. I took them back to their shop. The gal I spoke with made excuses after excuse. They only had short stemmed roses that weren’t much better. I asked what my husband had ordered, that how I found out how much he spent. They weren’t the same arrangement. She then said that the wax flower wasn’t in season so they just put in a different type of filler. at her last remark I just looked at her and told her I wasn’t trying to be difficult or mean about it, but this arrangement was done poorly. At that point she asked me if I wanted a refund I told her yes .Figured I just explained it to my husband when he got home from work. However he called me saying that the florist called him and said I was unhappy with them. What the heck!!! What am I fiveThe man said he was giving a full refund for them. I Then explain to my husband why I took them back. I told him I didn’t want him to even know about it. I Was trying to get them exchanged before he got home. But whatever Clovis Floral. Next we’ll save the money & buy from Vons better quality 1/16 the cost.

It just makes you seem petty and vindictive. I didn’t feel the need to put you down but apparently, you do. It only proves that I don’t need fancy overpriced low-quality flowers. I just need healthy flowers to make me happy.

My favorite flower shop in town!! Great flowers that last, at more than reasonable prices. I also love the new renovations they did. Super nice, and cute! So much more things to look at and shop for. The staff is also amazing and always friendly/welcoming!

This store is sometime great and sometimes not. Their flowers are expensive, but I prefer to support small businesses.
Purchased these flowers Saturday afternoon to give to my mother on Sunday because this store is not open on Sunday. Sunday morning the roses were wilted and I have no way of returningthem because the shop is closed. I paid $75 for this arrangement, and now I have to go buy more flowers because these didn't even last 24hrs. I was hoping purchasing flowers from a florist rather than the grocery store would mean they would last a few days.
I gave 2 stars because I have gotten nice flowers from this shop before. But I have also gotten flowers that were not so great. But my experience has been that they do not consistently offer good quality.

I live out of town and needed a last minute delivery on Valentines Day to a local hospital. I called and asked if they could still deliver, and they were up front and said it would be an evening delivery. Their website clearly stated that today of all days would be more expensive to get flowers. I was okay with all that. Glad to support a small local business and spend a little more than going with the typical corporate options. I didn't give much instructions just saying it doesn't have to be all roses, just make it look pretty. They were able to deliver in the early evening. Not too late. Everyone loved them. Well worth the extra premium I am happy to pay to support local business.

They always do such a great job with delivery and their “designer’s choice” is my go-to when sending beautiful arrangements. They take the guesswork out of sending flowers and add variety to each order. The only Clovis area florist I use now!

The flowers are beautiful and we’re delivered on time. My sister and other family members loved them and were very complimentary. I was there and saw them myself the next day. Lovely! And no Lillies, which my sister appreciated.

BEST FLORAL PLACE IN THE CLOVIS/FRESNO AREA. I have been using them for years through all my special occasions or just because. Very professional and always on time with deliveries. Flowers always look AMAZING. Hope they never leave because the company is irreplaceable.
