AAA roadside assistance from Healdsburg — can’t say enough good things about the tow driver, Roberto, who was thoughtful, courteous, a careful driver & helpful in maneuvering my converted van into exactly the right spot when we arrived at our destination.

It’s rare that I receive such a high level of service from an AAA callout (more due to extremely poor updates from the current automated system that AAA uses), so I wanted to write a positive shout-out this time.

I called Cloverdale Tow for a tire change. Yes, I know how to change a tire, but I was dressed up and didn't want to ruin my clothes. Cecil showed up in 20 minutes. He was safe, friendly and efficient. Thanks Cecil!

AAA roadside assistance. 5 stars for Windsor speed & service by Cloverdale Tow. Great job by driver that helped me with a lockout. Newest team member (still awaiting his shirts with name on pocket) arrived in 5 minutes and was done in 2 minutes with a smile and wave. Great experience given the bummer event. 🙂

I just did the stupid thing on my way home from work and I drove more than I should have been able to with my gas tank on empty, until my car shut off. I called my insurance roadside service and they told me that my membership was cancelled for over a year; however, I am required to have it in order to have insurance with them. l asked them why it wasn't billed to me with my insurance bill upon obtaining a policy and they did not know and sent me to my insurance office on the phone line, while I had requested a driver to bring me some assistance getting some gas. I was stranded several miles away from a gas pump and my insurance agency told me that the roadside service needs to help me out with my issue because they don't deal with roadside assistance; then, I was transferred back to roadside assistance with an agent that didn't seem to know how to help me because I was told that I needed to wait two hours for the membership team department to open up; then, I would be eligible to request assistance, which would cost me an additional $75 for this morning's service after paying about $100 for my membership, and I would have to wait about 2-3 hours for assistance, upon getting my membership reinstated.

I decided to call Cloverdale Tow, instead, and the service was faster, friendly, and the wait time was under the usual 1 hours 30 minutes that most towing companies provide assistance within, unless you go with a roadside assistance program through insurance like mine that had an ETA of about 4-5 hours, when I had called at 5AM on a mellow night. Thank you, Cloverdale Tow for the wonderful service!!! I saved money, got the help that I needed, and I received service in less than an hour and a half!

They came all the way to the coast to rescue us. It's a two hour drive and they were the only company willing to do it. Brought our vehicle to a shop in cloverdale and shuttled me back and forth from the motel to unload first. Kyle the driver was very kind and professional. Great conversation to pass the time. Hope I never need it but they would be my first call if this ever happens again.

We had called AAA after some flat tires in wine country. Alex has a flat bed which was necessary for our situation. He was there within an hour and beyond friendly and helpful.

We had no idea where to take the vehicle and he had a recommendation and took such great care of us.

He towed our truck to a local auto mechanic during the holidays. He was very knowledgeable, not only about towing, but about my diesel engine. When we arrived at the shop, he walked us in and introduced us to the local mechanics. So freindly with a lovely, hometown vibe. Makes you feel like family.
