Zero stars if i could. This staff or neighborhood, honestly both are so sus. Our storage unit got broken into and 4k+ worth of stuff was taken. DO NOT waste ur time and money here. All they said was “oh no our cameras were off at that time” Like the workers must be doing sketchy stuff because nobody but them or neighbors knew what was in it. Would a million times over tell everyone not to rent a unit here. Security clearly isn’t doing their job and the neighborhood is so, hate to say it but ghetto. Not a good business here or area.

I reserved a 10' x 20' unit to store a vehicle in during my move to Utah. The customer service was great initially. When the time came where I arrived in Utah and needed the storage unit, all communications ceased and there hasn't been a single attempt at returning any of my many phone calls, text messages, and emails.

When I arrived to store my vehicle, I realized that the unit they assigned me is a very small unit, much too small to store a vehicle in. I have attempted to reach them countless times with no success.

I would avoid this business at all costs. They will take your deposit and first month's rent money and vanish when you need them.

The manager that I worked with getting in was fantastic. However, there has been at least 2 managers and a fill in in the last 2 months that I know of. I only had the unit for 1 month. I have not received my deposit after the 15 day written notice of vacating the unit as well as multiple notices of "being past due". I've left multiple messages, received a text at 9:30pm that they will be contacting me the next day to resolve my issues and that was over 20 days ago. I will never use these people again! $45 isn't a big loss for me since my banking info changed so they can't withdraw funds from my account, however, keeping my refund is not ok.
