They always load on appt. Loading fast but takes hours to give paperwork. The lady work in office is nice and take 5 min to paperwork. but the guy work in office very rude. He makes you wait about hour for paperwork all time.

Come here for pick up . My appointment was 12pm I come on time, ended waiting for seven (7) hours . Be prepared to waste couple hours in there yard/dock.

Third time here no problems at all got loaded in 2 to 3 hours every time . Nice folks working inside and security is cool too all even number docks in front and odd are in the back.

Weigh your loads. The fact that the 1st thing the guard said to me when I came back was "overweight, right?" should be a warning.
It took them 3.5hrs to load me incorrectly.
Listen to the drivers complaining. It's real.
I sincerely wish the people loading trucks got financial penalties for this stuff, because it costs us money.

Rude staff,will only accept you exact on appointment, minimum 6-8 hours on dock (either pickup or drop). Don’t come early they will kick you out. Parked on safe place near warehouse and come exact appointment time with 208…. Number for pickup….
