I’ve been to many a shop across the US, this place is one of the few that actually makes you feel like they want your business. Got me in quick, repaired quick, and the communication with updates is maybe the best I’ve ever seen.
I never had to wonder when or what. Jake in the service dept is a jam up dude. Pleasantly surprised

Had to drive little bit out of Chicago land for oil change. Made appointment for 3:30 was out at 6:05. Clean facility with shower and laundry. Plenty of space if you coming with trailer. Definitely coming back.

I have to say the shops of CIT are not lacking anything. They provide an area for drivers to do laundry while waiting, they even have a shower in the women's and men's restroom. Very spacious and very nice after a long day. It's hard enough on drivers to have to be stuck in a repair shop but for them to offer this many amenities is truly above and beyond. Coffee, teas, microwave and vending is available as well. Thank you CIT for being so thoughtful, courteous and caring. They keep you informed along the way on all services or repairs needed to your rig within a timely manner as well . You guys deserve so much more than 5 stars but that's all they let me pick.

I don’t have the words to express the gratitude and appreciation from your parts, service and tech. I had a simple task and your shop was busy. I needed to change out a top radiator hose, they allowed and provided buckets and environment soak pads to complete the repair, not a lot of companies would go out of there way, I realize it’s hard to be nice and allow services like this to only have a unappreciated person turn around and bite the hand that fed you, so again thank you you made a repair painless,

They have a great service manager. The service manager is really helpful and totally understanding the situation. I appreciate his customer oriented approach on me. The technician was really professional and methodical in his approach to my trucks issue and his handling of the process for my warranty.
