Absolutely, one of the biggest scammers in brokering. I picked up a load on time , and arrived at the delivery on time the next day. Once at the delivery,, the rec told me there was no appt and i was kicked off the property. I was forced to stay on the load for 3 additional days for the issue to be resolved,, they said i would get 150$ per day, until an appt gets set. Circle threatened me with a claim and filing complaints against me to destroy my company if i did not keep the load on my trailer, when i wanted to return it to the shipper.Very unethical,and very abusive over the phone. I would not advise any carrier to book a load with these people. Let all of the other reviews , as well as mine , give you insight of what will happen to you also. The fmcsa was notified, cos i had a hunch that circle is operating in a very shady way. It was dis-closed that circle may be in multiple violations and only if their brokering authority was placed oos , would anyone truly find out how illegal they may be operating. I guess in good time, we shall see if they were placed oos. But, they could have fines imposed and we will never know about that. Only if circle is placed oos will we find out. Just be safe, and find another load before even considering these scammers. You all have been warned....its no joke.....

One of the worst brokerage businesses I’ve ever worked with. The account manager did not know know the customer. The truck rep was more interested in taking the next call as opposed to trying to correct a weight issue. I could go on about this broker but they wasted 6 hours of my day and would not even consider $100 for detaining me and running me 30 miles just to get a exact weight. If you see they have a load posted I would just pass. You will add time to your life if you do.

Harry is a joke this broker is the worst especially the tonu pay he offered 9/25/22 they broker will cheat you. My time energy and effort was wasted dealing with him and graphic packaging. $150 tonu pay is not worth it especially when I was on time today. No wonder Its a shortage of drivers right now.

I am a truck driver and I had two appointments to delivery in Lakeland FL and Orlando FL. The appointments were changed but I didn't get updates for this. In Lakeland was at 5:00 AM and when I arrived at 4:00 AM the security told me: Your appointment it will be at 4:30 PM. Then I arrived in Orlando FL because this appointment was at 12:01 PM and here my appointment was at 8:30 AM.
Nobody answered when I called the broker. How do you think about this confusion?

Worst Broker ever, bad communication skills and no compensation for hours of waiting at PU or Delivery (XPO-LTL) poorly organized..14 hours to load and here at Dest 12 hrs and still not empty..

This company is just the worst. The brokers are very dishonest. They lie about the delivery time, the rate for loads and the total loaded mileages.Ridiculous!!!!
