I will never understand how a company can have such terrible customer service skills when their clientele is specifically for military and is limited. My order was cancelled yet is still showing a delivery time, I never received any order confirmation emails like usual, and the only explanation was "They couldn't process your order," and then I was hung up on. ChowCall will never see another dime from me and I'll be sure to STOP recommending it to my guests and coworkers. Sucks, I really enjoyed the drivers I met and told my friends to sign up. Nevermind.

I am so glad this company exists because I live on base and other apps are not reliable whatsoever as far as having base access goes. This is a stress free experience. the staff is super friendly and courteous. Website and app super easy to navigate (especially for someone like me who's horrible with technology).Deliver fee and min order fee is very minimal, therefore super affordable, and great selection of restaurants so far. Look forward to more being added in the future. I like how it tells you approx. how long it'll take for the food to arrive and gives tracking info as well, that way I can get other things done while waiting. Each time, they have been super time efficient and have arrived a little sooner, but have always called ahead to let me know so I'm around. I definitely recommend to anyone living in the area, especially on base. Definitely will continue to use this service. Thank y'all so much.

Lately, on multiple occasions, they've been unavailable (all restaurants showing up closed even though its during the day, they for some reason don't have ANY drivers out) even though their service hours are supposed to be from 10am-10pm (this is on the app). There has not been any severe weather here lately (in the Hampton area) so I don't understand why they're just not delivering when they should. This is getting ridiculous.

Edit: I also remember they texted me a promo code to use last night, and the same situation, stated above, happened. Ordered from Zaxbys at 5pm only for to be canceled an hour later, showing restaurants were closed. Completely unacceptable from a veteran owned business.

Restaurant had a problem receiving my order, but Chowcall kept me informed with the process and managed to get my food to me pretty quickly once it was finished. It arrived hot and delicious! I was very grateful for someone able to deliver on base so I didn’t have to pack up all the kids just to get dinner and bring it back home to eat.

I really wanted to like this app because of the on base access but, ordered through them twice and each time almost an hour past the delivery time is when I got my food with none of the drinks I ordered. Can't even contact the driver to get an update of where they are at. Also my order was $64 with tip and was charged $79.

Why is it so hard to deliver food. One how does an order become 3-4 hours late. Also idk what yall do with upcharging but the receipt I got from the restaurant says 53 dollars the app said like 84 dollars. Once it was delivered it says 105 and my bank statement says 109. How do that work?

This is my new go to food delivery service. I've been using Uber eats, doordash, all of them and every single time there has been an issue, and when you try to reach out to correct the problem you never talk to a human and it takes forever. I deleted all of those apps from my phone. Not only is chow call local, and they support military, but their services above and beyond any of the big named services I mentioned above. They are at least 75% faster. And I've not had to call about an issue but regarding a promotion code only and I actually talk to a live person who was extremely accommodating. This is the only service I will be using from now on. My 14 year old son opened his own account and orders food when he wants to and is extremely pleased with their service as well

Used this for Chik-fil-A. When I had missing items (about $13 worth), I reported it to ChowCall immediately and they sent their driver to pick up and redeliver my missing items. Customer service and the driver were all very courteous and understanding. Will continue to utilize this service!
