Very bad facility for unloading 5 forklift inside too many stuff inside but nobody touch to trailer yet Last 3 hours waiting dock..If you want tonlost day for here it’s ok but don’t haul for them DRIVERS really bad facility if you want lost 1 day you can come here no friendly and professional people when I see on the rate confirmation China Air warehouse I will cancel it next time if I can give -10 star I can give -10 star here hopefully that facility can’t find any trucking business for haul if you don’t push them you can wait the same as stupid dock push them if you have that fault

Needs improvement on receiving drop off cargo .

2 hrs in , and not one forklift insight to receive unload cargo from truck drivers . I mean .. what’s going on

Very slow service, they manipulate the information in System to show other dates, cargo arrived on the 14th of March, as of the 27 of March the cargo was not transferred because they lost the original AWB and Invoice.

Wort service ever! Highly recommend not to book cargo with them!

I'm wondering how my previous review was deleted.

As of August 1st, they were still working on breaking down cargo from July 13th. Slower than ocean freight. Our cargo is going to miss the event and we're going to have to try to claw back our money from China Southern for breech of contract.

DO NOT USE CHINA SOUTHERN FOR CARGO TO LAX.

You usually wait 1 to 2 hrs on a good day they have 1 portable potty its so disgusting they never clean it and the employees are so but so lazy

Very poor service for drivers driving over night from San Francisco to LAX, we wait on line over 5 hours, saying that they don't have space for the cargo, by supervisor and manager. and they so rude to speak to drivers.
