Would give negative ten stars if I could. I called on a Thursday to confirm they have a UPS pick up, they confirmed it happens around 4pm. I dropped off several packages between noon and 1pm. I check the tracking Thursday evening....no updates. Friday.... no updates. I call Saturday and they are giving me the run around and say the packages won't be picked up until MONDAY. Bad for business, packages were supposed to ARRIVE to the recipient on Friday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Thought I saved myself time but this turned into a huge headache.

This place is Roscoe Village's best kept secret. I've been going here for years for UPS, FedEx, DHL, Speedy (local delivery) and USPS. This place is a one-stop-shop. I always find myself needing to ship items but I don't have the right sized box or packing material. At Chicago Shipping store, I can purchase the box and packing material and have my item professionally packaged and shipped right there in the store. Why torture yourself at the post office with you can visit Jay and his pups and support a local business.

One of the few remaining independent shipping stores that is not owned by UPS or FedEx. Good service and you can bring your dog in if you want.
