I’m a regular and Dedicated Driver from FedEx Ground, I come here everyday same time, i drop every evening a empty trailer and I pick the loaded trailer, means that the trailer is sitting in dock 24 hours and every time I come to do the switch, the trailer is not done, I will understand is is a full loaded trailer that will take you all day, but is always 2 to 4 pallets even in peak, make no sense to have it 24 hours and is never ready, then the customer service is the worse part, shipping is open until 4:30 PM, all the time nobody is there, even if you show up early, you can see people working, walking looking at you and no one cares and when you finally talk to someone after more than 30 minutes later, they are lost and you can see that none one wants to go an closed the trailer, is so disappointing, because they don’t consider time, we have other pickups and is not fair to sit for 45 to and hour just for service, bad bad place to go pick up. I believe that the management is not doing their job, they even leave a sign with a phone number to call and is like calling a place where nobody lives, bad in everything. Corporate should be paying attention to what really happens in the warehouses, but this location is Horrible.

They did my load in just 1 hour and one important thing is that at least Eno has a beautiful bathroom whereas sometimes there is no bathroom in other warehouses where there are very beautiful bathrooms.

I was the 2nd truck waiting at the gate at 6:30am. The guys in the shipping office didn’t arrive to check us in until 8:40am but the gate did open at 8am. They assigned us a door right away. Unloading was quick and I was out of here at 9:15am.

I’m not 100% sure but I’m assuming overnight parking is allowed; there were trucks parked in the spots near the shipping office. The receiving office is on the opposite side of the bldg.

Super easy parking and check in. Super polite and energetic fella in the office. They are picky on appointments, but that just means your part of the appointment. If you were picky on them, I would not be waiting past my appointment for someone to start unloading me.

driver was running late 4 hours for appt, we told receiver they said to send him in. They did not take him that afternoon. They said to come back at 8am, we did, sat until 12:30pm and told us schedule is full until 5pm. Why not tell us this BEFORE we send the driver in and wait there for hours on end.

Terrible service, they were supposed to be open at 7:30 and opened at 10:00 am. No one picks up the phone.
