I had excruciating pain in my hip and knee (IT band syndrome) that radiated like statica nerve pain. My doctor gave me steroid shots but they did not help. I decided to try a Thai "stretching massage" and was lucky enough to have a lady named "Toi" as may masseuse. She new exactly what to do! She started slow because I was so much pain, but worked out the knots and loosened my tight muscles. In 15 mins I could feel the pain disappearing. I decided to extend the massage to 90 mins. Im glad I did! By the time Toi was done i had no more pain and no more limp. I slept very well that night...like a baby! I already made another appointment for tomorrow!

My lady is called Toi. I can't say enough about how much she has helped me feel better. I have sciatica problems that would keep me from sleeping sometimes and it's very painful. After her massage I feel so much better and that night I actually get to sleep pretty much pain free. She is now part of my weekly routine and I see her every week I wish I had time to see her everyday.

This was the worst massage I’ve ever had and the customer service was abysmal.

I’ve had Thai massages in Asian countries and I know what they’re supposed to feel like. The massage at Ch’Chada felt painful, uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. When I asked the masseuse to adjust pressure, she laughed and said that it’s supposed to be painful.

We paid for a 90 min couples massage and I ended mine at the 60min mark because it was increasingly uncomfortable with the masseuse not listening to my requests. My husband decided to finish his but his masseuse rushed him out and ended the service 15 mins early.

When I complained the front desk, the lady was dismissive and told me that I should’ve ended the massage within 15 mins if it was uncomfortable to receive a partial refund.
