This company is in the business of bankrupting farmers. They’ve quoted $2k to repair two separate friend’s tractors and then charged one $14,000 and another $12,000. These are farmers struggling to keep the lights on and these tractors are not worth that. Another brought a mower to be repaired and they charged almost $20,000 after quoting SIGNIFICANTLY less. A good used mower would’ve been half that. They keep your equipment and can’t get to repairs until you’re desperate and then charge through the roof. Do not trust their quote, so not trust their timeline and do not use this place for repairs. You’re better off shoving your privates in a blender.

I have an older 1980s tractor, and was looking for several parts. I called the parts desk, and the parts professional I worked with was very helpful and patient while assisting me to track down and order the parts. They were all special order and the parts arrived in a reasonable time. I swung in and all the part were ready to pickup. Overall a great experience.

I recently upgraded to a 30 HP compact tractor for residential use. I had tested and considered many competing options including Massey, Mahindra and John Deere. After initially ruling out Kubota due to price point, I had the opportunity to meet with Matthew LaRose from Champlain Valley Equipment. Matthew really listened to all my needs for a new tractor and worked with me to identify the ideal machine, and at a price that beat all competitors by over 10%. He then went above and beyond to secure financing at 0% APR so that I could even throw in some pallet forks which I was going to have to put off.
The tractor I purchased (B3350 SUHSD w/ LA534 loader) was a very rare configuration and model, so there were a couple features that we had thought were standard but reading the documentation from Kubota revealed they were optional and at a cost. Matthew brought the whole deal home by listing those features and getting them for me either at cost or thrown in. I left knowing I had the best deal and with the best service experience!
I will definitely be back, and would recommend Champlain Valley Equip to anyone who would listen!

Very disappointed in the service department - AGAIN. Clearly charged for work not completed with no recourse. While the purchase experience with Eli was nothing short of phenominal, the service has NEVER met expectations.
