Chad's AC Direct was EXCELLENT! Our tech Sonny was very professional, friendly and reassuring about our AC problem. He did not charge us a service fee and even topped off our freon to get us cooler again. We've been dealing with warranty company issues and other AC companies who were rude and NO AC for almost two weeks with 3 kids in the house. Chad's was a total turn around experience and saved the day! I highly recommend!

Im very happy with chads ac. I had questions and they got answered. The young lady i spoke to was very nice and gave me the info i needed. Bobby is an amazing tech. Came out in the dark and found the problem fairly quick and fixed it even quicker. Great guy great company. Just gained a life long customer.

Jacob analyzed the problem in short order. I was getting air circulation but the condenser was not starting. He was prompt and professional in every respect and his communication skills were impressive. I'll continue to call Chad's for my HVAC needs.

I’ve used Chad’s AC multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. The ladies in the office are great with communicating! Usually my technician is Doug and he’s awesome. My technician today was Adam. He was great! Kept me updated the entire time, gave me some insight on my particular unit and did not take long at all. I’m not sure who chad is but he has a GREAT TEAM!!!

Chads A/C is a very Great Company to work with. Chad gave us a quote, which was absolutely amazing, and his team did an awesome job. They removed the old units, and replaced them with the new units. Everything that Chad's A/C said they were going to do, they did. The team that came out, Davis, Bernard, and Sonny, were all very professional and prompt. If I could give a 10 out of 10 star rating, I would give them a 20 star rating. Chad, Davis, Bernard, and Sonny were very respectful and they know what they're doing.
