Waited at home on the scheduled day, but no one showed up to deliver. No one called me to let me know they weren't going to make it. Complete disregard or disconcerned about customer. Automated text messages gave no contact info to find out why my product was not being delivered. Just no show is acceptable. I will be notifying the company that uses this service to deliver their products and suggest that they use someone else in the future.

Still waiting for my product to be delivered. I took two days on PTO just to have my delivery get pushed back twice. No courtesy call to let me know they were unable to deliver on scheduled day (s). I personally had to track them down and call to set up a second delivery and have them be a no show. Called once again due a the second missed delivery date and I was sent to a third party delivery service who were conveniently closed until the next morning. I have to schedule a third delivery date/time from work probably just to have them not deliver again. What a waste of my time. How is it that Costco is still using their services? I’ll be making a complaint directly with Costco to hopefully have them use another logistics company with integrity. Awful service two thumbs down

Had a delivery rescheduled the last 2 days with excuses both days as to why they couldn’t deliver. No call or any notification as I had to be home for the delivery. 2 days of wasted time. I had to call and ask where my package was. Very poor customer service.

Deserves 0. Literally been waiting 5 days for our delivery. Their numbers don’t work and when you finally get ahold of someone they’re rude and hang up after waiting 15min. I cannot believe Amazon is a subpar company. Our package us $1100 but no one knows where it is but it’s in “transit”.

This courier never bothered to call about my delivery, surprisingly arrived a day early, but undid any good will by throwing a 200 lb dining table over my fence, right by the sign that pointed all deliveries around back where there was no fence and plenty of walking space. I hope bed bath and beyond got the full amount they refunded me for the damaged table from Ceva.

The food was good and the girls there give are atentive and fast service. It's not like your 410 location in San Antonio tx where they take forever to come to ask you what you want for food or beer. And always seem bothered.

Package was supposed to be left at the door. It was heavy and they left it on my driveway. When I asked if they could please put it at the door the man said no but the shipping label clearly says by the door. Awful service and no phone numbers work

Would not recommend this company for Texas business. Took 140 hours to deliver a package from 249mi away (1.78mph). It would have been faster to walk to the package and bring it back.
