Mike Garza did a great job installing my moms door he was very helpful even texting me with a solution for fitting the bottom of the door as the concrete is uneven I was not able to be there as I was sleeping from the night shift. My mom is older and very hard of hearing and she said she was very comfortable with him and he was super helpful and I really appreciate that .

It was a great experience working with Central Valley Overhead Door Inc. I needed the springs replaced on my garage door. Danny came out to assess the job. After looking it over he gave me some options and pricing. The job was completed in a timely manner. The door operates better than it ever has. I would definitely use them again.

Danny was very professional personable and polite. He saw the problem gave a quote of the cost and proceeded to repair the door. My door is working thank you. At my request I asked him to look at my porch pad it didn't work so he thought I might need a battery that wasn't it l needed a new device which I got. I am very happy with the service I received. I called for service after 3pm I knew in less than 30 minutes if a technician would be able to come and less than 10 minutes Danny was calling to give me a 25 minute ETA. I'm posting again after also reviewing Danny Rice, who came to repair the spring on my garage door and again, one of the best customer experiences I have had in recent years. But I also wanted to recognize Dustin in the office, who I spoke with prior to Danny coming out. Dustin was very professional over the phone and extremely help and patient with all of my questions. In an era where I feel like customer service has taken a back seat this experience was so refreshing and welcome! I will be upgrading both of my door openers as a result and will recommend CVOD every change I get! Thank you again CVOD!!

Well, two people showed up. One yesterday and one today. Got quoted for one price for the life Time Galvanized Garage Door Springs and both Installers didn’t do anything. Now for $90.00 more from the original quote, he’ll be back again. Mind you, I payed for the Lifetime Springs and should only pay have to pay for the Labor. Today, the installer, had the wrong Springs. BAD COMMUNICATION, phones didn’t work.Well they showed up with the right Galvanized Springs and did it within 30 minutes. He also showed me maintenance tips for the door and paid them with the original price. Satisfied Customer.
