I have been here a couple of times and I have yet to have somebody be disrespectful or unkind to me. Sometimes very straightforward and to the point but we are at work what do you expect. If you are late you may have to wait so be on time preferably early. Make sure to pull on the side of the field not to block docks. Unload is always done in a reasonable time not too long. Also the shipping and receiving office is in the middle of the building.

Check in 1 hour before appointment, all the staff were great! Other than the old bag in shipping. Needs to learn how to listen, and lose the attitude. I think she just covers breaks as I thankfully didn’t have to deal with her checking out. 😀
Was loaded quickly and was in and out in 90 minutes 😀👍

easy place to find. loads of room for maneuvering. quick unloading. lady at front window should follow the damn sticker she put up "remember, be nice 🙂" all in all good place. would definitely come back.

They have strict appointments rules for a drivers, but on the their said- nothing!

Easy to find, Overnight available, strict appointments only check in 1h early. No 1 day early. My experience check in 1 day early, told me to come back the next day, the next day check in 7am and get dock 1pm . Fast unloading. Sometimes brokers and facility lye to driver. Rate confirmation 10 am appointment and facility said appointment is 2pm .

Just wanted to say the lady in the office is super rude from the moment I walked in I gave her no reason to treat me the way she did and talked to her with respect. First off is you don't like your job find a new one second off don't take things out on people that didn't put you in the mood your in. Your not better than anyone that walks in that office. Once again if you have to treat people like that maybe this isn't the job for you just saying
