Recently I tried the self service bay, the one closest to the exterior pressure wash bay. Paid my $5 and discovered the pressure washer had a leak in the connector. There was no way for me to tighten it and I shouldn’t have to. Had to move over to a different bay, but I got robbed out of my 5 bucks. I called the number, didn’t get a call back. I will update my rating when this is resolved. The experience in the working bay was good, but clouded by the yellow tire cleaning solution that sprayed out of the connector and onto me in the non working bay.

I was most impressed with how clean the establishment is! It looks like the owner or the manager really cares about what the customer sees while using their services. They have a money exchange machine and offer lots of products for your vehicle to help make it shine and smell fresh! The vacuums run for an ample amount of time and seem to have good suction to them. There's also an automatic car wash booth in case you wish to remain inside your vehicle. I'll definitely be going back!

Nice little place to get your car cleaned up. I love the DIY wash station but the convenience of the drive through when I'm in a hurry is great.

I visited this location on numerous dates. I noticed each visit I would start the wash on my car in the second bay and all was well. Towards the end or if someone would start in another the rinse would change to soap and there was no way to rinse the soap off the car. I tried to reach out to the company but they just wanted to blame the customers of King William. He reported they are always trying to steal from him by using nickles and dimes causing issues in the functioning. He offered free stuff all of which was not what the goal . The goal is to run a run a functioning car wash for the community.

Careful which Bay you use. I used 2. The tire cleaner, foam brush, and the spot free rinse did not work, waited about 30 sec on each for pressure to build. Also brush was worn out. The other wash processes worked great and the amount of time you get for the money is above average.****update*** a year since my original review, most of the equipment I was using has been replaced and is in great working order

Car wash is 24/7 which is awesome, everything is always in working order. The one time the tire pump wasn't working for me, I called the number and they explained I was using it wrong haha. Very nice lady on the phone, we shared a laugh that I had such a hard time

Previously a 2-star review. They've upgraded some of the failing equipment and a new automatic car wash system. It did a pretty good job but the dryer time needs to be increased. On every vehicle I own, I have to wipe it down afterwards. Especially my pickup which gets a blast of soapy water out of the bed sprayed all over the drug when exiting the carwash.
