Bad drivers. Illegally sit in left lane and fail to single switching between lane 1 and 2 when there’s signs every mile on 90/94 saying trucks use 2 right lanes.

I started at celtic over 3 years ago as a company driver then moved into purchasing a celtic truck. Besides a few set backs and a 90% in-frame rebuild things have been great if it wasn't for the team of caring people at celtic I wouldn't have been able to get through it I'm so grateful for that and for that the family at celtic will always have my loyalty good times and bad...

Great people to work with. Unfortunately they are not understanding with how everyone is trained. Everyone learns differently. I was only there for 3 1/2 weeks with no intermodal experience and they said that I was not picking things up at they’re pace. That’s because I wasn’t given enough training. I wasn’t given enough hands on training, which is why I wasn’t picking things up at they’re pace. If you want someone with no experience to understand the materials and be at the pace you want them to be, you should consider having a well thought out training structure. I

Celtic Cartage is a cut above simply because they care. The word partnership means something to them. They are always helpful and caring. If you are willing to put yourself out there and work with them, you made a partner for life. They have a few bad reviews here from unhappy drivers, those folks did not want to work. Let them plan your day, trust them to have your best intentions in mind and let the money roll in.

Worst experience an Owner Operator could imagine from a business perspective.
Averaged $1400.00 a week working 14-16 hours a day 5 days a week!
Company is practically paying you as a company driver.

I won’t recommend anybody applying for this company is a scam they don’t like to disclose any rates or to be question..there fees to join the company are outrageous plate fee 3300 escrow 1800 insurance and Elog 200 ..weekly fee 500 of course til you done paying plates/escrow ..load rates they won’t disclose is a big secret you will find out in your settlement they said..well I decided to go with Walmart atleast they disclose what your job benefits and pay...some Hispanic guy goes by GUILLERMO places ads in Craigslist offering a lot yet when question he is clueless tries to mislead you just be careful truck owners and drivers there’s better choices outer stay away from this scam factory..
