We could not be happier with Cedar Rustic. In the process of getting quotes we were finding that some companies were not very responsive and then some who told us it was an all cedar fence were not honest and when we started asking specific questions it turns out that many components of the fence were not cedar. Greg our salesman was patient with our long list of detailed questions and the fence turned out absolutely beautiful! I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The crew that came out was amazing. There was one area on a corner that we wanted them to tweak and without hesitation they got to work and they fixed it the way we wanted it.

This is my second fence from Cedar Rustic. They did outstanding workmanship both times. They went the extra mile and had to deal with extremely tough ground. Our area is river rocks... The workers showed up and had to dig by hand for nearly 2 days. When the fence was complete they cleaned up. The sales person ( Debbie) followed up with us after the install. All of our neighbors absolutely love our fence. We couldn't be happier. Five star plus review from us!!!

Cedar Rustic Fence is Quality from start to finish in all aspects of their business. The office is organized and efficient, supplying information and communication at all times. Debbie came out, within 2 days of contact, listened to our needs, measured, drew it out, and left an estimate within an hour. She thoroughly explained the process, leaving us with no questions unanswered. Financials were worked out seemlessly in 48 hours, and we were scheduled 2 weeks out. Integrity in their word, the installation crew showed up on time the very day set originally. The install crew was respectful of all surroundings, neighbors as well as our home. The quality of the cedar fence is top- notch. All sections and gates measured out perfectly. They came in, had old fence and posts taken down and out in an hour and a half. Methodically, they worked very organized and clean ly. They know their trade, and their work proves it! We are very excited to have a beautiful fence to appreciate for years to come. Debbie our representative was great, knowledgeable, considerate & professional! We received great customer service as well as an affordable quote considering the times of inflation & resources running high! The best part & to me the most important was the two hard working, courteous men who installed our fence & did an impressive & professional job! We had a fence and 2 gates installed in August 2023. Some sharp parts were left in the backyard; clean up was bad leaving stains on our patio. Almost immediately after installation, a part fell off the gate, we emailed and they came to replace. Then one of our gates broke in the winter, and they came to fix it but now the gate on the other side is not level and is a pain to open and close. If you see photos attached, the gates are rusting. They never filled the holes to make it level with the driveway(something about it not being in our contract even though we paid thousands of dollars). There always seems to be an issue, I am unhappy with how much money we spent on this and would not use them if I could do it over again.

After much trepidation, we decided to replace our old, dilapidated cedar fence. At the recommendation of a neighbor, we opted to have Cedar Rustic replace it with a vinyl, no maintenance fence. Debbie, their saleswoman was most pleasant, informative, helpful and most importantly...patient in assisting us to make our decision. Seriously, we would have been lost without her.

Our fence was installed by Cruz and Jose, two of their installers. We were shocked that there were only two people since the job entailed the removal of the old fence and installation of the new. We are retired so we had the luxury of being able to sit on our deck and watch. Honestly, soon after, we felt mightily embarrassed for doing so as they worked their butts off. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were most pleasant, professional and considerate. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the install and left us with nothing to do but enjoy their handiwork. Amazing doesn't begin to describe these men's work ethic. And though we're fairly certain any of their workers would have done the same, we are grateful they sent us Cruz and Jose.
