Rude and unhelpful. I get (somewhat) why they only sell to "licensed contractors" but I knew my model number and the exact part I needed and they wouldn't even discuss it with me. I'm surprised they don't check ID's at the door.

Their shortsightedness just sent me to google to purchase the part online therefore cheating them of any markup they would have received from me.

Not only will I not recommend anyone go to this store to purchase items allowed to normal plebs, such as filters, I will also not recommend anyone to purchase any of the furnace brands (Carrier) they carry since access to those parts will be limited by their asinine policies.

Customer service was impeccable. Found that we had the wrong part number and found the right 1 to get us all taken care of with in minutes. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

They had what I needed for my fire station....sat it on the counter in front of me...... but wouldn't sell it to me because of their accounting practices. Instead I got a pile of paperwork and cold firemen.
