If I could I’ll give them zero stars.Worst service ever. We sent a tv to Colombia and same was delivered in pieces: totally broken and damaged. We have been trying to collect insurance and get money back and it’s been impossible. Right now, we are at front of their office in Astoria (33-51 11th street), and it’s closed. No one pick up phone or return calls. Save you time and money by using a real cargo company. This one : scammers.

El envío de la caja a colombia fue la experiencia más negativa que pude haber tenido tanto con la oficina ( los andes ) que me la recogió desde el 7 de diciembre del 2024 el cual me prometió un tiempo de entrega en colombia de 5 semanas como de la transportadora. Desde el 17 de enero que llamé a la transportadora me empezaron a decir mentiras. Primero que la caja ya estaba liberada por aduana y que estaba camino a dosquebradas. De echo esta fue la informacion que actualizaron en el rastreo de guias. Al pasar una semana y al ver que no llegó mi caja llamé nuevamente y me dijeron que aun no había sido liberada. De echo al ver que me asombré y obviamente me molesté me dijeron que ellos no tenían porque darme explicaciones que yo no era clienta de ellos sino de Andes. Escribí a Andes y no me respondieron, los llamé y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que yo tenía que tener paciencia y que no los llamara más que ellos me llamaban. Al ver que el viernes 24 de enero no pasaba nada llamé nuevamente a la transportadora y me dijeron que ya estaba en espera de ser despachado el contenedor a Dosquebradas y que a más tardar llegaría el 27 de enero. Se llegó el 27 y al ver que no llegó volví a llamar esta vez me contesto un señor el cual cuando yo le estaba explicando mi situación me dijo que el no estaba para escucharme y que el dueño me iba a llamar a explicarme porque la caja se había demorado. El dueño obviamente no me llamó. El sabado 1 de febrero llamé nuevamente a la transportadora y me dijeron que el día sábado entregaban la caja y efectivamente nunca llegó. La caja fue entregada el lunes en horas de la mañana más que la demora realmente me molestó la información tan errada y falsa que me dieron todo el tiempo. SI QUIEREN ENVIAR UNA ENCOMIENDA DE MANERA URGENTE DEFINITIVAMENTE ESTA NO ES LA TRANSPORTADORA INDICADA y si quieren tener un control de sus guias esta tampoco es la transportadora indicada.
