Catered by Design was an incredible vendor to work with and made wedding planning so much easier. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to contact and work with. The food was great and we had so many options to choose from. The service was wonderful during the cocktail hour and dinner. They were extremely receptive to any request we had and during the wedding. Our head captain was so attentive to my husband and I making sure everything was going well and checking in to see if we needed anything. We had an amazing experience with everyone on the team and we have only heard great reviews from guests about the food! We loved working with Catered By Design and highly recommend their services!!

Working with Catered by Design was a wonderful and easy experience for our wedding. We worked directly with Rachel for logistics and planning. And she was just fantastic in getting our questions answered, foods tweaked, choices selected, moving things along with our other vendors, and just making things perfect. The tasting was fantastic and we even had some choices we made to go off their standard menu choices to fit our foodie needs and they panned out well on the day of. I don’t think I’ve been to a wedding where so many people actually took the initiative to say how good the food was. On the day of the wedding Aukse, our team captain, made sure we got to try all the apps and that we were well taken care of while we went about making our rounds. Simply put, CBD has the kind of team you need on your wedding night and we would highly recommend them as you cannot go wrong!

We used Catered by Design for our wedding two months ago. Not only did our guests love our food, we loved the whole process of working with the Catered by Design team, especially Rachel. During the tasting process she was so helpful and made recommendations where we had questions. She helped us customize all the settings to our vision and she continued to check in up to our wedding day to ensure everything went perfectly. Our dedicated server, Aukse, was also wonderful on the day of the wedding and made sure we had enough to eat and were taken care of! Our guests raved about the food and we felt like there were plenty of options to make everyone happy, along with accommodating some very specific allergies! We are thrilled with our choice of caterer and would definitely recommend them to others.

Catered by Design is delicous, amazing, and outstanding in every way. From booking, to tasting, to service, to staff, they are truly remarkable! As a wedding photographer, I have worked with hundreds of caterers, and Catered by Design shines through them all. Rachel was amazing to work with as we got married at Cuneo Mansion, and she helped create a layout for tables, answered any and all questions we had, and Laura, our head captain, was just such a darling, and so sweet and helpful the day of our wedding! The food is remarkable, and my guests were raving about the food for weeks! I even still have people tell me how good the salmon and chicken were when I see them! Good food is always something so important on a wedding day and they exceeded our expections. We also did an espresso martini tower and we had so many compliments regarding how well they were made. 10/10 recommend Catered by Design for all your catering needs!

Erin and her team helped create the wedding of my dreams! From the moment we got in contact, I knew they were the perfect fit. The tasting was an absolute blast, with Erin even displaying my venue on the TV to help us envision the big day. Erin’s personality made everything so easy—she made me feel completely comfortable asking any and all questions, and her responses were always super quick, which I really appreciated.
As for the food—wow! Everyone raved about how delicious it was, and we’re still dreaming about the cauliflower with chickpeas and leeks—it was a standout dish for us! The variety Erin offered was incredible too, from the chairs and tablecloths to the dishes in all different colors, it felt like we had endless options to make everything perfectly match our vision. On the day of the wedding, Erin’s team was on top of every detail. Everything ran smoothly, and there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong. I can’t thank Erin enough for her professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend her and her team for anyone looking for an amazing caterer!

We had a wonderful experience with Catered by Design for our wedding. Rachel was great to work with from the beginning. Our wedding blended American and Nigerian cultures and we wanted the food to reflect that as well. CBD was able to incorporate Nigerian cuisine into the hors d'oeuvres, sharable plates, and entrees. We were impressed with how well they cooked some of the West African dishes. Rachel also worked with us to select tableware, linens, tables and chairs that achieved our design vision. And on the wedding day, the servers and bartenders were great - very professional throughout service and fun as well. If I ever do another large event, I would use CBD again.

We used Catered by Design for our recent December wedding and we recommend them highly! Choosing a wedding caterer felt overwhelming at first. We found that many vendors were not transparent with their pricing or offerings and it could be difficult to get in touch with them for personalized information. The team at Catered by Design helped me rethink this stereotype. From our very first outreach to the day of the wedding, Catered by Design were so attentive and communicative to our needs. I have severe food allergies and many of our guests had dietary restrictions. At every point I felt my allergies and the needs of our guests were not only accommodated, but masterfully attended to.

I find that wedding food can be notoriously average for how expensive it has become. Let me just say - this was NOT the case with Catered by Design. On the day of our wedding our guests raved about the quality of the dinner and went out of their way to let us know how whimsical they found the appetizers and how tasty dessert was. The servers also went out of their way to be kind and hospitable to our guests, another touch that guests raved about.

Choosing a caterer for a large event can be a big ask, but Catered by Design made our design easy, enjoyable, and dare we say fun too! If you are looking for high quality service at a fair price, they’re the caterer for you.
