My wife and I walked into the Los Altos store as our first stop looking into re-carpeting the upstairs of our house and were fortunate enough to meet Jay Goodrich. What a gem! Jay gave us plenty of room to browse and talk over our preferences, then answered questions and made suggestions based on what we wanted, that lead us to what turned out to be a great choice of carpet style, color and price. He really went out of his way to find us the best deal that met our needs. He promised a seamless (excuse the pun) installation process and it was. The crew was amazingly efficient, removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet with minimal disruption. It looks great. Even now, several months later, when I go upstairs I think, "Wow, why didn't we do this sooner?"

Vic helped me out. He has been with Carpeteria for many many years and is very knowledgeable. He has done installation in his early years and has been selling flooring for a long time.

I am happy with my purchase and know that a company like Carpeteria will provide much better service than the automated checkout machine at the big box store.

I highly recommend Carpeteria since they have been in business for several decades.

Well THAT was easy! We walked in. Vic showed us options. Gave us good advice. We took samples home. Vic came to measure. We told him which carpet we chose. A few days later the installers moved everything and laid the new carpet and DONE!!! Just like that. Couldn't have been a better experience. Whoo Hoo!
