Professional/honesty/integrity/Work ethic!!!
After 22 years in my home it was time to replace a much worn kitchen floor. The original Congoleum (adura stone), had survived kids, dogs, etc and had served its purpose well, and stood up to years of abuse.
I contacted Bob Guest at the Carpet Connection in Lyndonville, because he and his company had treated me so well with ALL of my flooring choices, when I had my house built more than two decades ago.
Bob and his staff worked with me, educating me on the newest products, and latest technology for new options that were not available years ago.
In the end, he gave me a price and product that was not only fair and beautiful, but closed the entire encounter by making sure that I was completely satisfied.
His crew was on time, meticulous, and did an awesome professional job on removing the old product, installing new underlayment, and putting all of my appliances back where they had been.
I only gave his business 5 Stars, because 6 or more were not available as an option.
If you are having your floors done, don’t hesitate to give the Carpet Connection in Lyndonville, VT a chance to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed, and will be glad you did!!!

Just had 4 rooms done with beautiful Armstrong wide plank wood flooring. The transformation of our home from carpet to wood floor is amazing! Everyone at Carpet Connection was a pleasure to work with. Prices were very competitive. Installers were very pleasant and very professional. They went out of their way in attending to details, even custum making thresholds and stair lips.
We used carpet connection years ago (over 10) to install carpet in our basement. After years of use, the carpet stretched and was alittle lumpy. They came out and stretched it and it is like new again. NO CHARGE. They stand by their product and installation.

I could not be more pleased. Carpet Connection was professional, on time, down to earth, and very fairly priced. Bob and Jean in the office handled the logistics, and Alan and Dan did the installation. They all worked very hard to get it done within a limited window of opportunity. Also, they did a few extra things, clearly noticeable, and did not call me up and nickel dime me, they simply went ahead and did them. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Had some renovations done to my home. We went through carpet connection for our flooring and that was the best choice we made. The service was great and the installation process is quick and it looks AMAZING! I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for flooring.

Fantastic service. I've never had a carpet contractor that I regularly used until now. Lots of knowledge and the install guys were just as nice and knowledgeable as the sales staff.

The new linoleum floor is fine - nicely aligned and carefully installed. BUT, I have a trap door in the middle of the kitchen floor (the floor that was redone) that has to be lifted to get into my basement. The installers used very flimsy hinges when they replaced that door. One was completely unusable, and I couldn't close the trap door properly. After several phone calls, the hinge was "fixed," but it wasn't, and the next time I tried to close the door, it cam completely undone. I called again, and I was told that the problem was with the wood frame. When I pointed out that the door worked fine for the 19 years I'd previously used it, I was pretty much dismissed. Now I have to find a carpenter to fix it properly. I paid real money for the installation. I'm quite disappointed.

I just had my kitchen, living room, basement, and bedrooms installed and they look beautiful! Very professional installers, and the best prices around, especially for the product and quality. I will definitely be seeing you again in the near future for area rugs 🙂
