If I was able to rate 0 stars I will!!! Horrible customer service by the old man that took my order. Took my order very rude and once I got to the window he stood there without saying a word. When I asked for ranch he closed the window before I can even ask and then he opened the window again and said no super rude and told me to go away. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Once I got my food it was COLD! My fries were cold and my burger was smashed. This was the worst experience ever and I will no longer come here again.

Hello, passing through last week we stopped at your restaurant for lunch. I have to say the service providers were all on top of the rush of customers. They were courteous and made our orders were correct. All our meals or freshly prepared and delicious. Keep up the great work. Your staff is outstanding.

I been coming here since a little kid with my father after working on houses I remember ordering those double Angus burgers and only eating half of them I remember it always being clean and friendly I work there now and I would like to thank all the staff members for making it a great experience especially for the owners for keeping a great food chain running happy new years 🍾🎉

I never go to this Carl’s Jr. Favoring the one on the other side of town due to HOW MUCH they screw up your order. Each time without fail. Twice in a row, they steal money from me. Not giving me the correct amount of change (each time it was ten bucks). Second time it happened they talked my ear off so I wouldn’t notice. As well as charged me for a double for the three burgers I got BUT GAVE ME SINGLES. DO NOT GO HERE.

Waited 15 & some min. For 6 star nuggets a small cheeseburger and western bacon cheeseburger’ (no meal on either )it’s not the waiting it was more the rudeness of the older lady’ not only is her language barrier complicated to understand’ but the fact that you told me ( The Only Car in the drive thru) that I needed to wait because You had dining room customers and you want to be sure to take their order and hand out their food 1st / knowing that 1/2 of the dining customers weren’t ready to order! And the fact that your coworker was already handling dining room customers’ explains to me why it was more important to involve yourself in your coworkers job and have no care that I was in drive thru waiting on You! You claimed that the reason for me waiting 20min. Was over 6 star nuggets? Had me pull forward to the front and still wait’ no Apology just handed over My COLD FOOD & said well I gave you a cookie’ a cookie Naah I wanted some respectful service with warm/hot food’ I am the one paying for it? Never had I had an issue until tonight 1/17/25 6pm’ someone Retrain that lady on her priorities and customer service

So, I’ve been living in Los Banos for about 7 years this Carls Jr was the place to go. Ever since management changed it has been the worst restaurant in town! My first bad experience was about a year ago, I ordered a big cheeseburger and fried zucchini. Food was handed to me at the window and I noticed my fried zucchini weren’t fresh so I asked Francisco to replace them. He took my food back in the store waited for a couple of minutes and brought it back out stating they were “fresh”. I checked and they were soggy! I came back into the store and requested a refund they were fighting at first until Antonio stepped in and refunded my order. Today was another bad experience, I went through drive through and Whoever was at the window didn’t even let me speak he kept rushing me and asking anything else anything else. I pulled up to the window and guess who it was?! Antonio! If you’re driving into town please save yourself a bad experience drive a little further out and visit the other branch. I suggest further training for these employees ASAP!

Everything is always so good and freshly made. U can tell it's not just sitting there like McDonald's. Love to come here and manager is so nice!!
