Best company I've ever worked for where safety really matters and they care about their drivers like family instead of a truck number

I guess, I'll have to pick up my home delivery at your yard because you don't have any smaller trailers than 26ft?! Why are you a local delivery service then? Don't contract with other shippers if you can't do the job. It is a fact of life that you can't turn backwards into a driveway perpendicular to the street if there is no other space than the narrow two lanes street itself- when you are in a 26ft long trailer, that is. We were nice enough to let dispatch know that they should send a box van or shorter trailer. That turned into "you canceled the home delivery". Even our offer that they drop it in front of our driveway was turned down. By the way: Both of your customer service people were rude and didn't help one bit to resolve the issue. They actually escalated the situation. We'll have more stuff to get delivered and stuff to deliver. I'll bring my business somewhere else.
P.S.: (7 months later) I am shipping a big crate to the lower 48- through Sourdough 🙂

We had a shipment that moved from the lower states for final delivery to the Fairbanks area. Some last minute changes required warehouse services. Ty was very responsive and advised right away their capacity to handle. Over the weekend the driver experienced weather delays that affected arrival to the warehouse, but Ty & Sam were very accommodating. I had called & sent several emails and every time Chris answered the phone or Sam responded to an email, they never made me feel too busy to assist.

I would not hesitate to work with them again!

Love it up in Alaska. Would have loved to have been able to run the Dalton Hwy to Pruedoe Bay. Would of liked running with Jack. He seemed to me to have been a good professional driver. God Bless you guys up there and truck'em safe.

Was trying to shipped something from Fairbanks to Oregon. For some reason it got to Seattle and they remarked the paper work saying the destination was Fairbanks. They tried to deliver it back to me. Called customer service to try to get it all straightened out. They were very rude saying it was my fault and i need to pay for the shipping down and back from Seattle. Yea.. Should have used Span Alaska or Lynden Transport.

This is a freight consolidation and transport company. In all likelihood, many of the goods you already purchase were transported by Carlile. I can’t see a review helping someone in that regard, as if you need there service you already know them.
