DO NOT use this company, nor any drop off center that ships through them. We sent a box in July and were told it would take 3 months to get it in the Philippines. We called in September (3 months later) and were told that the box would be delivered by the second week of October. We called at the end of the second week and were told that the box would make it to Cebu around the middle of November and then to Manila by the end of November. The representative at the Carl's Express number we spoke to, would not give us any information for the receiving warehouse or even what city the warehouse is in so that we could call and track with them. He asked us to email, and we did TWICE with no response. There are a large number of poor service and lost box reviews about this company. We would advise anyone sending boxes to the Philippines to avoid using this company as well as any drop off center that uses Carl's Express to ship if you want your boxes in a timely manner or even at all. With the lack of professionalism it looks terrible for them to say that they have been in business in the US for 14 years. Never have I seen a US business be this bad at their one single responsibility.... All they care about is getting the money upfront, what happens to your box is not their concern.

Very unresponsive, unreliable and poor overall service. We had our package shipped in September and were given 3-4 months expectation on the delivery but until now, it’s still not received and no update on where it is now. When I called, had to try multiple times because one of the numbers on their receipt doesn’t work and the other goes straight to a voicemail. When some guy finally answered, he is not very accommodating. Don’t use their service.

The worse customer service there is. Falsely re-assures you that your package will be delivered in an appropriate time, and months later its still hasn’t arrived. Ive called 3times, and every time he asked me to send an email, a week later….no email response.

Handles expensive Balikbayan boxes without care. If you want your loved ones to receive their gifts damaged and/or missing, by all means use this service. They take no accountability if your package is received in a state of despair. ‘Insurance,’ is non-existent when you need a form of compensation. Very poor service. You cant even track your box. They give you a date to deliver but they never arrived or never show up. It takes almost 3 months to ship a box to this company. I read their costumers ratings n mostly i read are complaints. I dont know if i still want to send my box to this company.

Outstanding, professional, experienced, this is the best express company I have ever dealt with. I know the logistic business, I was a truck driver. What these people do is perform miracles daily. Your box is literally one in a million, moving 12000 miles, and yet they get the package to the door everytime.
Those complain are living in a delusional state of fantasy, and know nothing about the way things work. They think its "MAGIC", and somehow they should be able to watch their box go around the world on a ship, and truck, and finally I imagine a tricycle. It takes months, but it gets there. At this price, that's a miracle.

This company are taking your packages i lost 2 and they lie to you telling you that they will pay for what you lost just to make a list but when you call them back they get Alzheimers telling you something different liars liars liars i will be placing a case against this company
