EXCEPTIONAL service from Mr Clinton Jn Jacques at CARIBTRANS has me dumbfounded , I'm honestly lost for words !!!!!!!! I recently purchased a car in Miami and had it shipped to me in St. Maarten via Caribtrans. A friend recommended Jobert Gabriela as the contact in St. Maarten. Jobert did an outstanding job streamlining the entire process. I had alot of miscommunication from the car dealership in Miami that was very frustrating and upsetting. Jobert's knowledge, patience, understanding, professionalism, prompt communication and attention to detail went above and beyond. Receving Dept is horrible. Only 2 doors and they only unload one at a time. Lines are endless and noone cares. It seems like they work in slow motion. Stay away from delivering to this place or be prepared to wait for hours.

DO NOT USE CARIBTRANS Logistics! I had my vehicle shipped from Houston, Texas to San Juan, Puerto Rico by CaribTrans Logistics, and I requested shipping damage insurance. When I received my vehicle in Puerto Rico, it had several thousand dollars' in extensive damages to the rear hatchback, broken rear window, and rear quarter panel. I notified the representative from CARIBTRANS Logistics, Lino Padron, who came to see the damages and take photos. He informed me that they would file a claim for me with his company, but that they would pay for only $500 in damages because he FORGOT to add the insurance coverage to my shipment. Since then, he has avoided answering any of my calls and messages, and they have not reimbursed me anything. It has now been over a year that I have been trying to resolve this with CARIBTRANS. I would not recommend anyone using them, and I will never again use them.

This was my 1st time using CaribTrans & it was great. Frank in Receiving helped me out and he was friendly & helpful. My wait time was about 10 min & it took about 20 minutes for my paperwork to be scanned (completed the form before going) and my 5 pieces to be placed on a palette & shrinkwrapped.

I have been a customer with this shipping company for a very long time until recently
I shipped a F150 outboard Yamaha Engine ,

YOUR COMPANY!!

Caribtrans damaged the Engine while in your
Care and do want to take responsibility

spoke with the representative that’s responsible for St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Her name is Diana Cordoso very very
unprofessional and has poor customer service.

Since Miss Cordoso wasn’t any help I call the
Office to speak with a manager the receptionist transferred me to Martin Miranda.
I explained what the issue was he told he will
Look into it and get back with me it’s been
Three weeks and he never even sent me on email or call.

Every time I called to speak with him I can’t never get through.

I sent him follow up emails never get a reply.

I am pretty much sure I am not the only one
With this issue I am about to send out on email
Blast to all social media platforms in all the
Caribbean Islands where you guys do business with.

This is not the end of this journey your company will not earn my business anymore,
