Caribbean Ocean is a very professional organization. My parents are retiring and needed someone to help with the process of sending their car to Dominican Republic. We were recommended to Adelina Yordan (Caribbean Ocean Corporation) to ship it. They arranged the pick up of their car at their home and were in charge of moving it to Rio Haina, Dominican Republic. The whole process was pleasant and smooth. Entrusting your belongings to a stranger is not an easy decision. They did an excellent job. We were given accurate information about the car each step of the way. And we also had an Apple tag to verify the info. Such a great service provided. Definitely will recommend.

I wish I was able to just put ZERO stars!!! The staff here are so unprofessional and rude!!! Clearly they received no sort of customer service training!! I called to simply inquire about my package that was delivered to them and the representative was callous, rude and even started yelling at one point. My consolidator no longer worked for them and they couldn’t simply explain that!!
