Sadly had to deliver to this so called very reputable shipper. Couldn’t reach them by phone just sends you straight to voicemail when you dial dispatch. Once i came to the office to check in for my drop off the lady in the office told me there’s no appointment for your delivery when one has been set 2 days prior and shut the door in my face completely ignoring any of my questions on why, what, or how. Very unprofessional staff. Stay away

Avoid at any cost. I've paid add transportation insurance and received the car with smashed roof, damaged side pillar with hole in it, broken side skirt, damaged sunroof. Paid me peanuts. Refuse to answer my questions.

Will never suggest this place to anyone it should be first come first serve long as you have a appointment for the day the lady in the office is not helpful at all and let only people she know not go by there time. Talk to a driver who had a 12:30 appointment today and he was in and out at 9 am. She tells me come back at 10 and I come back for her to say “I said call me at 10” like what am I calling you for I have a job to drop off cars there making it way more difficult for drivers then it should be .I was here since 7 am it’s now 10 am. Don’t waste your time here
