Don’t be their next victim . After a couple of weeks, they’ll start sending you home early. Eventually they’ll have you sit at home. Before you know it, you can’t pay your bills.
The dispatchers are a bunch of lazy, useless kids. The more drivers they sit at home, the less work they have to do. They constantly screw things up and never learn from their mistakes. When you complain about it to the manager, he defends them & gaslights you.
They do pay overtime after 8 hours. When a driver quits, you might pick up a few extra hours. As soon as they can fill the truck, your hours will drop.
If you need a job , take it, everybody needs to work. Unless you can live off of part time hours, don’t get too comfortable there.

Where do I begin 🤔.. let’s start with
“drivers beware” very bad equipment, one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Trucks are filthy and spend most of their time in a repair shop. They have no back up trucks once your truck goes down. This company has no work for drivers, you’ll be lucky if you get a 20hr work week. Dispatch is clueless. Fleet manager comes off as a nice guy, but he’s full of empty promises!! If you want your bank account constantly in the red, this is the place for you. Good luck!!👍
