Very good. Delivery on time and fair fees to ship boxes to colombia

I wish I could give 0 stars. What a scam this company is. I sent a box on July 2, 2022 and received an email on August 1 claiming that my box was on hold and I had to contact them. I did just that immediately and the lady named Diana in Colombia is extremely disrespectful and called me a liar and that I am a fraud on the phone. I sent an iPod touch and a perfume and a hot wheels toy and they are claiming that it is an iPhone and will not release the box unless I travel to Colombia myself and ask for the box. I am in Miami, FL. They want to charge me $750 to get my box. I have all the proof that it is an iPod touch and they will not accept anything on the phone. Diana told me that there they aren't responsible for my belongings and that if I dont collect my box, they will share it among the workers. She called me a fraud for sending an iPhone and not reporting it even though it is clearly an iPod. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Just one person working on christmas saturday, long line, I took more than 2 hours to send a box. Terrible. Last time that I come to Autozone.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE THING IS: THE OFFICE DOESNT PUT THE A/C, BECAUSE THE ELECTRIC BILL IS TOO HIGH!!!!! THE TEMPERATURE WAS 92F AND THE APPARENT TEMPERATURE 102-103F, IT ONLY OCCOURS IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, NOT IN USA!!!!!!
