I did a load for this company 2 months ago and I have been waiting to get paid. They had me turn in voided checks etc. And still have not received a payment. Every time I reach out they ignore my phone call or someone else answers giving me the running around stating it will be there. Come to find out they are foreign like the rest of the 3rd party brokers. They made it hard to trust any of them but they continue to call you wanting to do business. Stay away from them all Scammers…

I've been driving for this company since November 2021. I'm home every weekend except for two or three occasions, but I don't blame them because trucking is not perfect. If you take care of them, they will take care of you but do not let them walk over you...and that's with anything in life. They have great runs and I can easily average 3100 miles per week with little to no wait for my next load. Give them a shot.

0-Star Review for Cargo Solutions: Untrustworthy and Dishonest with Payments

I had a terrible experience with Cargo Solutions and feel obligated to warn other carriers. They completely gave me the runaround regarding payment for a load and detention pay. After waiting over 2 hours, I was promised $50 per hour for detention, but Vencin reduced it to $25. That reduction only came after I guaranteed him that I would file against his bond and lodge a formal complaint with Cargo Solutions if they failed to pay.

On the day of delivery, I arrived 30 minutes early as Vencin had requested, due to the 7 a.m. drop-off appointment. After reaching the location, Vencin ghosted me—he stopped responding to my texts and ignored my calls. I had to contact a different broker with Cargo Solutions to finally get verbal approval for the detention pay. I was instructed to notate the arrival, appointment, and unloading times, which I did, but the entire process was unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional.

Carriers, beware of this brokerage. Cargo Solutions will either cut your rate or avoid paying detention fees altogether. Don’t fall for their games—it’s a complete scam!

Went to book a load. Did all the requirements. The broker kept telling me she needs this and that. I reset them. Like come on this is your carrier packet that I filed out. Does it not send you a copy. Then I was ghosted. Yevgeniy Zakharov Was the one I talked with. Guessing reading emails is a hard and confusing job. Stay away

1 moving violation 2 years ago, 14 years experience, their insurance would not approve me. Not driver friendly, only pays .50 per mile. Their yard looks very unprofessional.

Cargo Solution is the best brokerage company in this dead market of Trucking Business. And Ankur Smith is one of the best brokers, who doesn't just give you the best price and communicates properly. He always replies on time and follows up. The man needs to be promoted lol. I am really satisfied with his services and recommend working with him.
