My experience good. You park in the middle turn lane (leave room for trucks to turn out) walk into check in area on the first corner of the building nearest to you. You check in on tablet and fill out info they will call you and tell you what door and you go back to truck and wait there in middle turn lane until they call you. Easy process and docks are easy to get in to.

If you can't speak Spanish, you maybe shouldn't be here?. Security guy kept speaking Spanish to me, and I repeatedly told him I don't understand him. A nice driver spoke enough English for me to understand him telling me where I was supposed to park and check in. During that conversation, the security guy came back and started speaking in Spanish and making arm motions, and I shrugged him off...he then threatened to hit me, when the driver stepped in front of him. All I wanted to know is what to do to get my 2 pallets unloaded. I mentioned something to the receiver, but he didn't speak English either and walked away.

06.20.2022 update: I hadn't been here for years- they moved! New location at 2351 NW 121 CT Suite 115, Miami, FL 33182 is next to NBC Telemundo. In fact, the docks face the satellite dish farm. Top Golf is across from NBC, so you can't miss the location.

No gate! The old location had a gate and it was on a narrow street. Not anymore! Beating the traffic is easier now that there's a place to park. I took i75 south to 826 south to NW 25TH exit. T/R and go (west) until after the hwy 821 bridge. Go under that, and you're basically north of NBC Telemundo. Next building, docks 30-43 is CIC. Check in is up the stairs around the corner from dock 43.

18 wheelers, refrigerated loads docks 32-33, dry van docks 41-42. There are signs saying check in before backing in. South of the building there is room to park in the center lane on the road while you go check in.

They start at 0830am. There will be someone before that who may open the driver check in door by about 815am.

These guys are very professional. On time, put me in a door 30 minutes early-- had 4 trucks parked in the median when I arrived ( the back entrance) and all 4 trucks gone in 15 minutes. Doors where and still are available and I could straight line back up.
This is so very rare in Miami and across the country I had to comment. Great job fellas.

3 stars in generous. They absolutely favor the Spanish speaking people over anyone else. I just stood there waiting to hand over paperwork after I got a door and they kept helping the Spanish people behind me. Definitely avoid if you’re not Spanish. 3 stars only because they unloaded me decently quickly once I was in a door.

Park on the road and walk to check in. Don’t pull in before. Also don’t be white.

I ordered 2 Tommy Bahama Chairs from amazon and was my first time using this company as my forwarder to Aruba from Miami. After a long process of opening account (lot of back and forth emails) not a great experience as they did not shrink my box as many companies do. The box that it was sent was for 4 chairs and I ended up paying for space on cargo for much more than needed, double in fact. Other companies offer this and for a big company like this I was very surprise it was not the case. Will not be using them again.
