Iā€™ve used this company many times to send gifts down to my in-laws in Bani and Iā€™ve never once had a issue. Theyā€™re always on time and Iā€™ll admit I donā€™t do the best job packing the box but still never is anything broken or damaged. The ladies in the office are very nice. I canā€™t help but think the people leaving negative comments are lying because I pack my boxes in the office and send high valued goods and never once has anything been stolen or missing or damaged. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Worst customer service Iā€™ve experienced in my lifeā€™ do not recommend at alll! I had an issue with several items missing from my shipmentā€™ including my children formula. Over 100 dollars worth of food was missing. called and put in a complaint did not hear from them for 2 weeks. I ended up calling them again, just for them to call me a liar and not resolve the problem ps. I was the one who sent out and also received the shipment!

Customer service for this company in the Franklin St., Lawrence Location sucks. The lady at the front desk is super rude and condescending. Not everyone is used to sending boxes to the DR often so having someone who doesn't belittle you when asking questions helps.

Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Habia utilizado esta compaƱia porque me la recomendaron, todo iba muy bien, pero me abrieron una caja(faltaron cosas)decido darle otra oportunidad y volvieron abrirla y sacarle cosas. Si pudiera darle un cuarto de estrella se la diera.
