I ordered a 12,000.00 Dollar trailer with a spread axle and it sways. I can't get anyone in the phone, the last time they did call back was after I talked to the dealership that isn't even a dealer for them anymore. I own a F450 Dually and this trailer weights 9570LBS and it makes my big truck fish tails!

You guys are not returning my calls! I will take out my Dyno on one condition, that If it still sways I get my money back. That's it, I've spent a lot of time trying to get your attention. And nobody calls me back!

I have owned a few cargo trailer’s and now I have a EV 7182 and it’s the best one I’ve owned. I bought it used but you can’t tell it, the previous owner didn’t use it much so it is like new he traded it in for a bigger one and I got lucky too find it. Thank you Cargo craft for a quality built trailer.

I bought a 2011 19’ Vector from a dealer in Odessa to haul my motorcycles. It started out being a great trailer. I paid around an extra $1,000 to have the inside finished out as they offered. A few years ago I was getting ready for a trip and noticed one of the walls had a bulge on the inside wall. I had developed a leak in the upper seam of the outside wall. I called Cargo Craft in Corsicana, it took several attempts to get someone on the the phone. I explained the situation, and was told there was plywood behind the siding and I could remove the inner paneling. On attempting to check this out I discovered there was no plywood under the panel only a crumbling particle type material then the outer metal sheet. I tried several more phone calls with no return calls. Went back to dealership in Odessa and had him give them a call. He passed on my issue to them, and let them know that I was willing to deliver the trailer to their facility and pay them to remove the inferior material on the inside and refinish the interior of my trailer with plywood. They told him that the year of my trailer they did not use the plywood with this interior finish, but had gone back to it. He conveyed to me that they would not fix my trailer even with me offering to pay.that it was too old.

Therefore this leads me to say that CargoCraft does not stand behind their products and is not concerned with customer service or loyalty. Only reason I rate them at 2 stars is that it pulls good and the bones are good.

*DON’T BUY*.I bought an elite enclosed 8’ x 16’ trailer and noticed a huge amount of play in the coupler. I checked a brand new coupler from a local store and yes there is definitely an issue with the coupler on my trailer. I will have to cut it off and replace it with a new coupler which will cost me about $300.00. I called and called and called and left message after message to speak to someone but of course nobody has called me and they are using the COVID excuse for not contacting me about a warranty and safety issue. I will never ever buy from this company again. There is no excuse for not returning phone calls or taking care of the issues with their product. This company is a joke don’t buy.

Only does business through dealers. Dealer network is a colossal waste of time. Emailed dealer 1 with detailed custom build, no response. Dealer 2 picked up the phone (a cycle shop in Odessa TX?) emailed custom build, no response. I am not interested in dealing with part time trailer dealers that are not professional and don't acknowledge or return emails. Obviously if its not in stock, they don't want to deal with you. Thank you Cargo Craft for having such quality dealers!!! (sarc) Cargo Craft you need another solution for custom orders. This isn't working.

I purchased a new Dragster trailer in January and pulled it to California, then to Nex Mexico then to Houston. I have to say it's a great trailer, I recently installed 2 ac's and more lights. It's well insulated and solid. I have a couple issues with the trailer and they sent new parts right away.
I would compare it to my hallmark and Pace trailer for quality. I have been pulling trailers for years and this is a good one. I see some reviews are not picking and trivial, but this is a great trailer for people who needs a good trailer for a good price. I do t normally write reviews but after reading people's poor input I thought I'd put down some truth about the trailer.

For those of you buying a cargo trailer with a v nose. The v nose is extra and should not be included in the measurements from the factory. I bought a 7x14 cargo trailer for storage now that I use it for working, i now realized the inside of the trailer where it squares is only12 feet. So basically their measurements are from the V nose on the outside to the back end thats 7 by 14.. Nobody cares about 7 by 14 on the outside only the inside. So basically I Purchased a 12' cargo trailer but they charged me for a 14 footer. This company has been doing it like this for many years they said. There are Other companies out there when you buy a V nose 7 by 14 where this trailer is square on the inside is 14 and then you get the extra 2 feet of added extra space which is icing on the cake.

In Response To The Owner. I did call your company and if you notice in my review I said that "This company has been doing it like this for many years they said." I called your company and a lady answered the phone and said that this company has been building trailers like this for 30 years and no one has complained about this. That we have been doing something right. When I bought the trailer from my dealer no one told me it was 12 feet on the inside in length, but its classified as a 14 footer. If someone would have told me that or even something close to that, I would have went to a non v nose trailer, or look at other trailer sizing. My goal is not to bash this company buy to let folks out there understand about sizing of this trailer. If I bought a bacon double cheeseburger plate with fries and a drink and someone took two bites of my burger and then still tried to charge me 14 dollars I would not buy it. So if you would like to "rectify" this lets get on the phone reply on your post "call me" All I would like to do is get what I paid for. The three of us can work something out including the dealer with either a different trailer or retail difference between a 14 footer and a 12 footer.
