I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Cardinal Logistics. I have been working with them for years now and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Justin has always been one to reach out and make sure they are doing their best. Weekly calls, daily emails and just the best team working for him. Even when we have some carriers with cheaper rates, he's not one to get upset, he just asks what they can do better and how we can get them more business. At times, because of the brokerage, we have had some trucks that weren't the best but they were great to pull them off the load and get someone eles on the load. Overall, Cardinal is a great company and I am so glad that I am able to work with them and experience the service they provide.

A great team is made up of great players working together to create a great result. Cardinal is one of our great players that contribute to our success. Justin and his team work together to make shipments happen, often on short notice. Cardinal does not make excuses. They give you the story straight and go to work to get your shipments on the road. Justin and his team are available all hours of the day and night to give us the information we need to keep our customers updated. He has personally answered my calls while coaching a softball game...where can you find people like that? We found them at Cardinal. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Cardinal Logistic in Utah has been straight up VERY positive. My company has utilized this logistic company for many years and they have gone to great lengths to get us the best prices possible for all of our LTL and FTL freight. They are quick to respond to our needs for freight and follow the load until it delivers.

Their level of customer service is great. If there have been any issues or concerns, they are quick to make us aware of the situation at hand and always have a means in how to address them and to get them resolved as swiftly as possible. My favorite part about working with Cardinal Logistics is once I get them the information that they need to set up a load and I have received their confirmation number, I never have to worry about the logistics of the load again, BONUS!

Cardinal Logistics was great to work with especially Justin Sinclair and his team which consisted of Cort Goddard, Kelsey Kladden & John Stadtfeld. I was highly in need of Refrigerated Trailers for a major tradeshow event in Chicago. With that one phone call to Justin to let him and his team know my needs, Justin had no hesitation on fulfilling my request and was able to provide what I needed. The communication Justin and his team had from start to finish was exceptional and did not miss a beat as well as the planning, logistics and delivering of the Refrigerated Trailers on time, on schedule as needed. The requested Refrigerated Trailers delivered were in good condition and in good running order, because of Cardinal Logistics, Justin Sinclair and his team I was able to accommodate hundreds of my own customers. I would highly recommend Cardinal logistics, Justin Sinclair and his team for any Logistics, Refrigerated Trailers or Dry van needs especially due to the logistics landscape in this country.

I would advise not using this brokerage. All loads are put out for bid, no established contract with reputable large volume carriers. No RFPs or established contracts with customers. Most loads are posted on load boards for carriers that are not vetted with the company.
Operations crew and salesman are great people and try their best to provide good service. Branch Manager has been with the office for 20 years and has kept this business at a stalled level. Larger companies with high volumes to ship could not be maintained by the Clearfield office.
Very expensive transportation due to everything depending on the Spot Quote Market and many service issues due to the use of unknown carriers and independent drivers.
The turnover rate with this location is over the top. The average employee does not last longer than a few months and you will have another customer service representative. Lack of training and processes is a big problem.
If your company is looking for brokerages that can grow with your business,I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I have accounts with several major carriers for the particular lanes I use Cardinal for, but I have been exclusively depending on them for all of my outbound needs. Easily the most dependable carrier in my arsenal. Easily. I'm still impressed at the speed and recovery John can secure loads at last minutes notice. Production is an ugly beast sometimes, and can change like the weather, but having such a reliable carrier in my pocket relieves me of any headaches that may ensue. I ship out of the East coast, and even in the harshest that winter can bring, they never miss a beat. Can't recommend them enough. A+++

Cardinal Logistics is easy to work with. They show up and deliver when promised. Drivers are friendly and their accounting department is polite and professional.
