These guys were on point with the pickup date and very easy and friendly to deal with. They are no BS with the fees like other companies and don’t try to ease the rates on you. The movers themselves were kind and professional! Both vehicles I transported arrived quickly and in perfect condition! The only issue I had was with the payment coordinator. When I had initially booked I was assured they would accept a credit card. When I went to pay, this was refuted citing the contract I signed. I was forced into paying either by cash or Venmo, but the payment coordinator pushed for a Venmo payment to a personal account. Even though cash is clearly an accepted payment according to the contract. My interaction with this person marred my experience. I probably won’t be using Cargo Auto Transport again.
