As a 100 Ton captain my self I was purchasing a boat in un familiar waters and wanted a knowledgeable captain whom had done this trip before Captain James came highly recommended and I was lucky enough to find that he was available for my schedule.
Some captains would not want the owner to go on the trip captain James was open to me and my wife to serve has his deck hands.
We instantly became friends and my delivery from ft Meyers to ft Pierce was perfect.
I don’t write a lot of reviews but felt the boating community needs to know of a knowledge captain with a great personality is available to help them with any delivery in the World.
I would highly recommend Captain James to any one that requires a boat delivered.
Glad to now have a lifelong friend.

Capt James Lowe spend the last few days moving my Sailboat from Cape Canaveral to Indiantown Marina. He was very professional, laid back and most of all he kept us informed as to what the day was like. We had a little issue but he was able to fix it and kept the boat moving. I would not hesitate to hire him again to move any boat and will keep his contact for future hire and to refer him out. Thank You so much Captain James you were awesome to work with.

Captain James moved our 1961 Chris Craft Constellation from Iowa to Alabama via the Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee Rivers, and my husband, my parents, and I went along for the ride! Captain James and his deckhand Andy were fantastic, and our trip was amazing. Our boat is now safe and sound at the yacht club, but we already want Captain James to return for a future river cruise so that we can relax and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend!

Captian James is a true professional.
Capt James delivered my 87 41' President Trawler from South Jersey down to FT Meyers Fla. on time.
It was a long run for this older boat and Capt James ran into a couple mechanical issues that he and his first mate Andy we able to repair.
I also want to shout out to Andy, CaptJames first mate who also did a great job.
Capt James gave us daily updates during this 2 week transport.
True gentleman...True professional...Very reliable and truly a great person.

I most definitely would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Capt James for any vessel relocation.

We hired Captain James to assist my husband and me move a new to us Hatteras from Biloxi, MS to Kemah, TX. He’s an extremely knowledgeable captain and was helpful in troubleshooting issues on the boat. We are relatively experienced boaters, but have never encountered things like navigating locks and passing barges on the GICW. He taught us how to tie up our big boat securely and we even anchored out a couple nights. He’s a great guy to be around, too! I would highly recommend Captain James for a delivery or training voyage.

Capt. James Lowe was unquestionably professional and outstanding in delivering my boat to its new home marina. His knowledge level and skill are vast, and his advice and observations about my boat are more valuable and useful to me now that the complete marine survey I had done prior to purchase. If you have a boat that needs delivering, you will not go wrong in contacting Capt. James. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner and I wasted time on failed attempts to deliver it myself!

I hired Captain James and his Engineer Andy to deliver my boat from Heathsville VA to New Bern NC. I was a tag-a-long, wanting to gain as much knowledge and experience as I could. During our 3-day tour I was privy to some of the best given lessons that could never be found in any book. Although we had a few hours set-back with a mechanical issue with the starboard engine Andy was able to get us back up and running within a couple hours. Again, more knowledge than I expected to receive. I must say that both gentlemen were true professionals and responded accordingly under pressure as we engaged in not one but two storms in our 3 -day tour. I truly thank them both for imparting their knowledge on me and would not have any doubts in hiring them again in the future.
