No complaints on my chicken, however fries were old and cold. I had to wait on food but that was to be expected as the chicken was cooked to order. Staff should have made sure everything was of standard.

Came in for lunch. We were greeted by the warm staff. Discussed menu options and was given the best choice for what we wanted. The order came quickly and was hot and ready to eat. Additional condiments were offered and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit in the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the location. I highly recommend if you’re in the area to stop and experience what we experienced. we will definitely be back next time. We are in the area.

How can you go wrong? Its Captain D’s a longtime favorite for my family. Food always fresh and always good. The wait is always worth it. Restaurant very clean and staff very nice.

Ordered a fish sandwich combo and it was a waste of my $7.70. The fish keep tasting extra wet. While driving and eating. I turn my light on to look at the food and this is what I found! The fish was NOT fully cooked! Also, the fries were cold! A huge disappointment because after not eating since 1230pm I was really hungry. Do not apologize train your ppl or upgrade your equipment. I have read the reviews and cold food happens a lot at this place... LEEDS CAPTAIN D's! Find the problem and fix the problem!

Haven't got my food yet but I gotta mention the horrible person working the counter today. I feel bad that I disappointed her by coming by.
Edit: came back. Different person, same horrible attitude. Why has rudeness become a job skill? Why has captain D's decided to specialize in it?

I ordered 2 fish and shrimp dinners with French fries, hushpuppies and coleslaw. I got 1 correctly and 1 was missing the French fries

This is the closest Captain D's to me. So far I have had fair service and food. Sunday I used the drive through. Spicy fish and shrimp with fries also available in original batter for $5.99 was on the top of the drive through menu. I ordered this in original batter. When I drove up to window the I handed my debt card to the cashier then she said Spicy fish. I said no. I order original batter batter she looked confused. And said that item was in Spicy only. I said if you can't do original batter to just give me my card back. Instead she shut the window and turned the someone else. The other person female in a blue shirt said that item only came in Spicy fish I again said that the menu listed available in original and if they couldn't fill the order to give me my card back. She then said that corporate and management wouldn't let them make this item in original batter and handed me my card back. I then went to Arby's and had fast good service.
I believe that if they had tried hard they could have found original batter fish in the kitchen.
