I’ve been using pharmacies a long time as a patient and a nurse and this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. My medication wasn’t in the box they delivered so I thought it would be resolved with a simple replacement. Had I know that I would have to be the one to repeatedly communicate with the manufacturer to correct the situation, I NEVER would have used this pharmacy. I only did so because my provider liked the product they used. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my medication. As far as customer service, they apologized for the inconveniences they gave me contact information for the manufacturer. 🤷‍♀️

If you need to contact your pharmacy for any reason, this is not the pharmacy to use. No one answers the phone, and chat responses take multiple hours on end. Delivery almost never arrives within the first 2 hours 55 mins of their 3 hour delivery window. There has also been times I have received my meds with the incorrect directions printed on my bottle. This pharmacy is presented as a cool, easy to use alternative to other pharmacies that aren’t “glamorous” but overall the service is no better, if not worse than traditional pharmacies.

The delivery service itself is great. I"ve ordered my meds here dozens of times, and I think there was only one instance where the courier didn't show.

However, getting in contact with the pharmacy is the WORST. They do not answer the phone. Like, ever. I have waited on hold for 20+ minutes and...nothing. You can message them through the app, but it often takes several hours or even a day for someone to respond.

Capsule is amazing! I started using them after I moved downtown and got rid of my car.

They are extremely communicative and have made instances where I’ve had difficulties with my insurance company not approving a prior authorization for a prescription much easier to deal with. They help me with my options, contact my insurance and doctor on my behalf when needed, and keep me informed every step of the way.

I love this pharmacy.

Thrilled to have Capsule as an option for our family's meds. As someone who's probably going to forget to pick up time-sensitive scripts, this service has been a lifesaver in so many ways. Bummer to read there are folks who haven't had a good experience - all I've gotten from this company is solid customer service via the chat, clear communication, and timely/convenient options for delivery. Thank you, Capsule!! Y'all are doing the darn thing, and it's a life-changing service for us.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I selected Capsule yesterday at an urgent care appointment because of their “same day delivery” advertisement. Well, buyer beware that doesn’t apply on weekends if it’s after 3pm.

I opted to wait a day for the delivery to start my prescription despite worsening symptoms, as I figured it’d be nice to not have to leave the house again. Delivery window was 12pm-3pm. The driver didn’t arrive until 2:52 while I was in the bathroom and didn’t get to my phone for a few minutes. Within 3 minutes, they cancelled my order. I contacted them and they said the driver was “out of range” and couldn’t come back. I asked them if I could pick it up or if they could transfer the prescription because I need it today, and they said they couldn’t until tomorrow because the pharmacy closes at 3. Unreal.

Customer service rep was not helpful at all. Don’t use them if you’re needing a medication asap, despite their deceitful advertising.

This is the most amazing pharmacy. If you’re chronically ill you definitely should transfer your meds. They are so personable. They apply manufacturer coupons without fuss. If you need a prior authorization they contact your doctor and follow up. The pharmacist has time to actually practice pharmacy and counsel and discuss interactions. I love it.

As a professional patient with multiple chronic illnesses, it's so wonderful to have a pharmacy I can message through their app or text instead of being on the phone for a lifetime. It in fact is better for my health because when I have really hit my limit and am totally exhausted, I sometimes can't do the work of calling and organizing between all my doctors and the different meds/pharmacies. They will do their best to apply manufacturer coupon cards with or without you trying to find one and transfer meds for you when your own doctor gets it wrong and sends it to the incorrect pharmacy... Compared to the years of going through so many different pharmacies, they really do their best to be efficient. Of course they're also human but for my needs they have really alleviated such a huge part of my life that taxed me so much for years. And of course best of all ordering for delivery is so easy and straightforward. Cheers to whoever developed their app because it's super user friendly.
