Absolutely blown away by our experience. From my initial conversation with Chrissie to a customer service call I just had, the company has been professional and incredibly responsive. Jesse and Marcus were our move team. They came in on time, quickly understood our ask of moving half the items to first location and the rest to storage. They immediately tagged all items going to storage and were able to provide us with an update on our storage needs. Absolutely love the technology of knowing we are getting the right amount of storage for the items we are storing. Once the job was complete, I was thrilled to hear that we came under the estimated cost of the move. Would definitely recommend using Callbox for all your move and storage needs.

The Callbox team we worked with was spectacular! They made sure to communicate with us clearly from the day we arranged our pickup through the entire process. They arrived precisely on time, and all 4 gentlemen were in uniform and well spoken. They listened when we explained what needed to be taken and what didn't, handled our possessions with professionalism and care. Everyone had a great sense of humor and worked well together, and they moved our one bedroom apartment in less than two hours.

I just moved here from LA, and was looking for a service similar to what I had out there. I stumbled across Callbox Storage and could not be more pleased!! First of all, the prices are comparable if not MORE affordable than do it yourself storage. I was calling around and I either had to do everything myself; was told they would bring a truck but NOT help move anything. Well, I am a petite girl; it's hard for me to carry heavy/large objects. Jesse and Marcus were to my rescue! They were extremely efficient and professional; they had a whole system down, and they were very friendly. This company and the guys seriously relieved so much stress especially after an out of state move. I could not be more pleased, and have already recommended Callbox to friends and coworkers. Let me not forget to mention Brandon at the facility. He was my initial point of contact; extremely helpful and thorough with explaining the process and reviewing prices with me. All around amazing customer service! Thanks again!!

I thought this was the best thing ever until a week before delivery. I’m a college student in the Phoenix area and I split the storage room with 2 other girls since we didn’t have big enough cars to bring all of our furniture to a storage room. I liked how professional and easy the pick up was, however a week before delivery date call box sent us an email.

The email stated that they were unable to deliver our items to our room as we had instructed them to do in June. They explained that this is was the decision of the university and not theirs. I understood that it was out of their control but nevertheless I was frustrated considering the amount of money we had paid for a storage room and in delivery fees. I tried to get a hold of them to see what the new plan was/if we could get a refund on delivery fee, however they never responded to their voicemails(it’s always been a pain to call them, nobody answers the phone and I always have to leave a message) When I FINALLY got a hold of someone they said that they would actually be able to deliver our stuff as planned because the University has changed their mind.

I thought that would be the last of our troubles with this company, however they delivered a lot of our items broken. We used clear plastic totes to hold many of our items, they arrived melted and bent, making them unusable again in the future. In addition mirrors that we had stored were cracked , a lamp was broken and we had a missing item entirely! For the amount that we paid for the service I was surprised at how they treated our items. The delivery men just dropped them off in our living room, which was fine but since most of them were broken it led me to believe that they were not handled very well during their time in storage or upon delivery.

For any other girls out there who don’t want to do the heavy lifting and storage of supplies, I would not recommend this facility they do not treat your items with care and they deliver most of them broken. I paid good money and delivery fees (double what I would have spent to just do the lifting myself), and I don’t feel like that was worth it at all.

Fantastic customer service from the first phone call to picking up items to store for the summer. We had the pleasure of working Denise, Fransisco and Everett. They we on time, very careful with all items no matter the shape and size. Their customer service was top notch! Thank you Call Box for taking good care of all of our belongings.

Be careful of the Bait and Switch. They estimated my first move would take about 3 hours. I have moved many times in my life and 3-4 hours is the norm for me. Because of a bad experience with a bait and switch from my last move, I asked callbox to come do an inventory check and then get an estimate in writing. I have a 2 bedroom apartment- average and pretty easy I’ve been told. And like I said, no move has ever taken longer than 4 hours total for me. They sent me a quote yesterday for 24 hours to on the first move, 18 hours on the second move. I assumed there had to be a type, so I called Justin at Callbox. Justin is the one that emailed me the quote. He is supposedly a manager/supervisor. I told him there must be a typo because 42 hours is beyond ridiculous. His response was that’s what the movers estimated after seeing my belongings. Someone please tell me how a 4 hour move turns into 24 hours. Today I get a voicemail saying they’ve lowered the prices for me. Why? Because you realized you were scamming me? Too late, you’ve already lost my business and trust. Please be careful with this company.

Call Box called an hour before our appointment time to confirm and arrived 15 minutes early. All 4 men were professional, efficient and well prepared. They put moving blankets on all my furniture to protect it and labeled everything with stickers so I can track my belongings. I highly recommend this company. Very professional. Thank you!!
