Roy is AMAZING!! He went above and beyond and out of his way to give us a ride from Fairbanks Airport to our VRBO when Enterprise cancelled our reservation even though we called to say the train was delayed. We also couldn't get an Uber at midnight. Roy is the best!

I booked these guys for my Fairbanks wedding in June 2024. They were amazing and on target. They had water bottles for guests, which had to shuttled up the wedding venue which had an elevated hill I wasn’t going to make people walk up. They picked up our catered food after delivering all the guests to the venue and brought the food in. They made follow-up calls on time which helped me greatly as weddings are chaotic and I didn’t have an event planner. I am so grateful for this company, positive attitude, and help. In fact they were so great I was asked for their contact info from a guest who wants to refer a friend to for an event. Hands down…thank you for helping make my wedding day amazing! I cannot remember the daughter’s name of the company but she made it all possible!

I just want to share that if you are looking for a reliable and amazing taxi/tour service in Fairbanks look no further. Not sure if you’ve ever tried to find a car service in Fairbanks Alaska but they are few and far between. I found Roy on Google. I was so impressed by his reviews that I reached out immediately to make arrangements for my boss who was traveling to Fairbanks on business. To say that Roy came through in a clutch situation, doesn’t go far enough. What an amazing person. He is trustworthy, friendly, professional, all the things. I almost want to travel to Fairbanks just to meet Roy in person. If Google would let me, I would give him 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Roy drove my son and I from Fairbanks to Denali today. We had an issue arise with our originally scheduled transfer service (out of their control). They suggested we contact Roy & I’m SO glad they did. On short notice, he was able to get us to get us to Denali to meet up with the rest of our family. He was so informative and delightful on the drive. He communicated with us as our pick up time got closer. He arrived with beverages and a sample of his delicious table sauce (amazing!). It was on of the most pleasant experiences! Our first family vacation to Alaska was off to a rough start with delayed flights causing our family to get separated. Roy was a God-send in getting us back together and such a joy to be around. Thankful for this chance encounter!

Roy was our savior coming to Alaska for the first time. When no Ubers, Lyfts, or any other taxi service was available, he came through. This guy is trustworthy and will get you where you need to go. Would give him 6 stars if I could.
