These guys are a day late and about a grand short-contracted to pick up a load on 5SEP, was told they’d be here “around lunch”. 2 pm comes and goes, no truck, no communication until we call a few numbers. Come to found out, company knowingly accepted a contract for a job that involves getting on a military base, but they couldn’t satisfy the inspection requirements for getting onto base. AND THEN, the NEXT DAY, the damned driver is delayed again because he didn’t have straps. A truck driver not having straps is like a fisherman not having fishing poles. This is the most incompetent transportation company I’ve ever seen. I’m 99% sure Elmo could run things better.

Once you‘re inside you can‘t leave without the gate code, and nobody will give it to you. People went home so I was stuck at this dirt lot for 18 hours.

The owners of this company are the most rude, unprofessional, ignorant people I have come across in a while. The old lady that owns part of the company needs to retire. It’s people like this that give the trucking industry a bad rep. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you like getting treated disrespectfully.
