This place is usually decent for lunch but after tonight I doubt I’ll ever return for dinner. Understaffed and rude. At least a young tall kid cleaned a table for me. Meat was cold and dry. Tortillas hard. The juices were all broken down after paying almost $4 for a drink. Look at all the ingredients and make sure what you want is available and fresh. There’s no way they stay open like this.

Well this one cafe Rio employee refuses to let me use the rewards I have rightfully earned on my cafe Rio app. I come here very often and find it an amazing place to eat but the employees attitude toward me when I try and redeem the points so I can save some money just makes it hard to want to come. If you are going to the Brigham city cafe Rio be aware that 2 of the girl workers are very strict and intense about not letting you use points to get food even without a legal reason. If we weren’t supposed to use the points the app wouldn’t exist.

Thought my interviewer was very in professional. And gave me a whole five minutes of their time. Plus I felt there discrepancies about my ethnicity and my age. She wrote down maybe ten words. We’re aloud 25 minutes. She was in such a hurry she didn’t even notice my company or had any kind of focus on me at all. My family and I eat out there a lot. No longer will have our support.

Food wasn’t hot, despite being run through the oven real quick. Portions were big, service was fast but the lukewarm food left something to be desired. Still couldn’t finish my burrito, huge portions!

One burrito and a small/medium drink cost me $18! Kinda pricey!

Incapable of following instructions, ordered 6 items and they got every piece wrong, they mixed the orders I ordered and put them in between even when I was very speaking very clearly with enunciation. Not a single item right with this high price. It is 11 dollars for a FLAT DISK with light cheese on it, if I wanted such piss poor quality food I would make it myself and put nearly zero effort into it. Don't order more than a single item here or the employees will be pissed that they have to do their job what they're paid to do. Keep in mind that's 11 dollars for the pictured foods that cost probably less than a dollar to produce.

Ordered nachos and 2 salads, if you know the boxes, they’re pretty tall. Well the drive through decided that putting all 3 incredibly tall and slick boxes on top of one another was a great idea. Long story short, the incredibly top heavy bag falls over and spills a whole thing of ranch, makes a mess all in the bag, spills onto the seat and ruins one of the $11 salads.

Then even after my immense frustration, the nachos were made with stale chips that taste like they’ve been sitting out all day beforehand.

So of my $33 purchase I was only able to enjoy $11 of what wasn’t ruined.

Tortillas were overcooked and stale to the point of snapping at the edges, most of the available 'fresh mexican food' choices looked left out for long periods of times: somewhat shriveled and discolored limes with bits of other food on them, guac that was grayish brown, overcooked/stale tortilla strips, etc. Had to ask if I could get Fresh limes. Luckily service was quick, depite being the Only customer in the store.

So basically I went in the establishment to order a bowl because I had a 5 dollar off coupon. Once I got to the register this entitled cashier told me that they didn’t accept that anymore. Then once I asked for a water cup she said in this bratty voice that it was one dollar and eight cents I didn’t hear her the first time so I asked again and she raised her voice at me. Then I asked these people sitting next to me why did u pay for that water cup it is very overpriced then they proceed to say it was free. This made me very outraged and furious because she judged me by appearance and for using a five dollar coupon.
