CVCT delivered and installed laminate cabinets from the Wilsonart Lujo Collection in our new build home by Olo builders. The cabinetry is chipped and has a ‘ripped’ look all up the sides. When asked about the chips they came and painted them to match the color of the cabinets and caulked up the sides to cover the ‘ripped’ look. Honestly, these cabinets should never have left the warehouse. Where was quality control? After a couple months of asking our builder for a solution they installed a scrim up the sides which hides the problem of the ‘rips’ up the sides. Nothing was done for the chips.

They were installed with a random angled toe kick. The angle was not included in any renderings and I feel that if you’re going to do something so different from the traditional look then we should have been made aware.

We did not have any communication with CVCT. All communication was handled by our builder. CVCT might have been more willing to help than we were told.

We ordered countertops from this company for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our new house we are building. They traveled about 1 1/2 hours to measure. They came back to deliver and install the countertops on a windy and snowy day with terrible roads through the mountain pass.
They did a beautiful and professional job of installing the countertops. They were friendly and willing to answer all our questions. We are so pleased.

This review is literally 2 years overdue, but I wanted to be sure to post it all the same. Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops built and installed bookshelves in the front room of our home that we designated as the library.

The end product is nothing short of amazing.
The shelves were installed in a single day, and every eventuality was taken into account. Where there were outlets on the walls they were perfectly incorporated into the shelves; the top and bottom of the bookcases were trimmed out to look as though they were part of the original home construction. All the upper and lower shelves are adjustable, so they can literally accommodate any size book.

We couldn’t possibly be happier with the end product, and are so happy that we chose CVC&T to do this work!

CVCT installed our new kitchen cabinets and countertops and we LOVE it. They did a great job with the installation and were very professional. Of course when I first started the bidding process I overbid on our budget, but they helped be get into the range I could afford and helped me figure out what was needed and not needed. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The showroom was amazing, with endless options available, and the employees were super patient in helping guide us through all the choices and things we should consider. We were able to take several samples with us, no questions asked, which helped a lot in choosing the other components of our remodel. The installation was done fast and professionally, and according to schedule. We had a custom request for the tops of our cabinets to be finished and stained, as they are visible from the top of the stairs. The installers did a great job on this, even though it was a pain, and checked several times from the top of the stairs to be sure it looked good - I never had to say "that's not good enough" - they kept touching it up on their own without being asked until it was perfect. They also threw in some additional trim to go underneath the microwave without me even asking. Remodeling a kitchen is a tough experience (as anyone who has been through it knows!) but the cabinets and tops from CVCT was by far the easiest/smoothest part of the entire project. They anticipated every need and potential issue and stayed exactly on plan and schedule.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with CVCT. Their showroom and service was excellent. Very professional and responsive through our five revisions to the design and layout. Clean drawings and clearly defined scope of work. Installed cabinets and countertops all in one day. They wrapped the newly installed beam to match the cabinets. Very impressive to watch their team during the installation. At the end of the install, one minor detail was missed with a pull out in one cabinet and they immediately fixed it. Thank you CVCT!
