Spacious coffee shop and cafe. The breakfast items are great. Got myself an egg wrap with all the veggies. Service was very friendly. Had an old time charm to the place right in the middle of Downtown Carrollton.

I've been looking for a cozy coffee shop in the area for a while and I finally found it! The bricks, the giant staircase, the view of the town square - this is a lovely contrast to the typical cold, sterile coffee shop you would find around here. I got a cappuccino and bagelwich and both were delicious and reasonably priced. Can't recommend this place enough

If you’re looking for a coffee shop with the warmth and charm of a waiting room, look no further! The food and drinks are as uninspired as the service—just a bare-bones, no-frills experience from start to finish. The waitress was unfriendly and unpleasant, which was fitting for the tone of this place.
On the plus side, there’s plenty of space to spread out and study, assuming you don’t mind sipping on mediocrity while basking in indifference. If quality coffee, good pastries, and friendly service are more your thing, Lemma Coffee is just a few steps away. It’s pricier, but you actually get what you pay for. The only catch? Everyone else seems to know that too, so good luck finding a seat!

$10 bucks for scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, toast and coffee! All that for 10? Those are 1997 prices!! But they find ways to cut costs - disposable cups, dinnerware and cutlery. But then, they make up for it with their warm welcome, cool clean space (throwback to old western taverns) and very tasty, fresh coffee. It's not gourmet but I Highly recommend.

Super nice staff, great food and croissant-which, caramel cappuccino was so sweet and tasty and was never bitter like most you get anywhere else. Beautiful building and people. Love this place

The bagelwich was pretty tasty. The owner and his staff are quite personable. The building itself is interesting with a beautiful Gone With The Wind meets western style staircase. Overall a nice quaint cafe☺️
